This theta binaural beat uses a 6 Hz differential between the left and right ears.
Adjust the volume to a suitable level that does not strain your ears or audio devices. A lower volume is more suitable for longer listening sessions. Listening at high volumes for extended periods of time is not recommended. Noise above 70 dB over a prolonged period of time may start to damage your hearing. With some devices, this audio may be hardly audible.

I recently was involuntarily committed and was escorted by the police in handcuffs and shackles to the mental hospital, where I was forced to take many hours of testing, including an IQ test that I cried through and scored only 90. This video helps a lot and I wish the hospital let me use my phone to play this instead.

Don't beat yourself up over a required IQ test taken in trying circumstances, especially as a score of 100 is considered the average IQ. Sixty-eight percent of scores fall within one standard deviation of the mean (that is, between 85 and 115). That means that nearly 70% of all people score within plus or minus 15 points of the average score

i deeply am sorry that is one of the worst and most dehumanizing thing 🤍 ive been forced by my mom to be in a mental hospital for 3 months when i was 14 and i know how fucked the system is and how badly most of them treat us people just know that IQ score doesn’t mean shit
