This video for some clients who don't know what is cold press brqiuetting or how to use binder or want to do the cold press briquetts for own-use or sell to clients.
It displays the procedures of how to use binder in pilot scale on cold press briquetting production line.
First step: mix the dry powder binder with byproducts, eg: BF dust/BFsludge, BOF dust/BOF sludge/ mill scale/dedusting ash/metallergical sludge/ steel slag/ baghouse dust/ RHF dust/ sintering dust, iron/chrome/manganese/phosphorus/ fluorite/ nickle ore concentrate, stir them well;
Second step: add a certain amount of water, usually 6-10%, mix the raw materials, binder, water;
Third step: feed the mixtures to the roller press machines/hydraulic press machines to make the briquettes;
Fouth step: feed the briquettes to the dryer machine for curing, 150℃，2hours.

هذا الفيديو لبعض العملاء الذين لا يعرفون ما هو الضغط البارد أو كيفية استخدام الموثق أو يرغبون في عمل قوالب الضغط البارد للاستخدام الخاص أو البيع للعملاء.
إنه يعرض الإجراءات الخاصة بكيفية استخدام المادة الرابطة في نطاق تجريبي على خط إنتاج القوالب بالضغط البارد.
الخطوة الأولى: خلط رابط المسحوق الجاف مع المنتجات الثانوية، على سبيل المثال: غبار BF/حمأة BF، غبار BOF/حمأة BOF/مقياس الطحن/رماد إزالة الغبار/الحمأة المعدنية/خبث الفولاذ/غبار الكيس/غبار RHF/غبار التلبد، الحديد/الكروم/المنغنيز /الفوسفور/الفلوريت/مركز خام النيكل، وحركهم جيدًا؛
الخطوة الثانية: إضافة كمية معينة من الماء، عادة 6-10%، خلط المواد الخام، الموثق، الماء؛
الخطوة الثالثة: تغذية المخاليط إلى آلات الضغط الأسطوانية / آلات الضغط الهيدروليكي لصنع القوالب؛
الخطوة الرابعة: قم بتغذية القوالب إلى آلة التجفيف للمعالجة، عند درجة حرارة 150 درجة مئوية، لمدة ساعتين.
