What motivates me to go to the gym is scheduling it into my day just like any other meeting or appointment. Something else I do is things like only have a show or an audiobook that I only allow myself to listen to while I’m working out, so that encourages me as well!
Hi Cozy! My boyfriend and I go to the gym together. We motivate each other but also have made it a permanent part of the week by saying "we go to the gym this day and that day" just like going to work or eating a meal. And we try to not cancel a gym day unless something legitimate comes up. Changing that mindset has really helped us 😊

What has helped me is to move the Gym envelope to be with Self care and schedule a gym visit in your planner/calendar, just like a dental or medical appointment 💪
