Brad you have no idea how hard it was not to tell you Pedro Pascal was in Season 4 back when you wore the shirt in an earlier reaction. I’ve been DYING
Pretty sure it was the most rewarding (yet awkward) moment for fans when his character finally died - especially after the mockery at the wedding! Jack was nothing like Joffrey so it's a testament to his portrayal and how well written he was. Ozzy Man's YT recap was hilarious.
It's a shame that for a while, he found it difficult to work as people just saw that character so he stopped acting for a while but thankfully he has come back and has a film come out next year.
That sword Tywin melted down was Ned's sword named Ice. So its a real slap in the face when he said he got it from someone who didn't need it anymore 😭
Joffrey and Margaery's wedding might as well be called "How to insult people without getting executed 101." I mean come on, Loras's "Neither will you" is one for the ages, and Oberyn's "Former Queen Regent" just kicked Cersei in the face, but she can't do anything about it, and neither can Jaime.
I looove how you kept going on and on about someone needing to poison Joffrey right before it happened. Now that's what I call ✨manifesting✨ Also, unrelated, I'm obsessed with the scene where Olenna meets Brienne and puts some respect on her name. Legend recognizes legend 😤😤
The week of the Red Wedding and then the week of the Purple Wedding were so fun to experience. The first one was tragic, but as a book reader it was really fun to see show watchers' reactions. The second was just a moment of joy for everyone. So many good memes lmao
the sword that was being melted down was ned’s ancestral sword that was around 400 years old (the same sword that killed him), the audacity of the lannisters is just astounding lmfao
@@AmericanMumReacts I know, I said it isn’t really a spoiler. It’s just that he would’ve found out in a later episode if not one of these and he has missed it. I haven’t watched it all yet.
Without giving a spoiler Brad could see, my mum said after episode 9 she woke up the next morning STILL pissed 🤣 She said it was like watching Man-United lose at the 89th minute 🤣🤣🤣
Just to let you know, Jaime did not force himself on Cersei in the books. It was consensual, still fucked up doing it next to your dead incest son but the showrunners chose the worst way to interpret that specific scene.
@@Rash23215 lol stfu. It has nothing to do w/ Jaime being an angel. They randomly changed a consensual sex scene into a rape scene, then just ignored it in the script going forward... as though sexual assault is something that can just be added like window dressing and then forgotten...They just used it for shock value without taking into account how it could affect Jaime and Cerseis character moving forward. THAT is why the scene sucks. It has no meaning, it could be removed from the show completely without affecting anything. It just exists to shock and be "edgy" I hate Jaime tbh, i just like writing that is consistent and doesn't go for cheap low hanging fruit.
@@Rash23215nah, we gotta give credit where it is due. In the books, Jaime arrives at that moment when Joffrey is already dead and Cersei is feeling very vulnerable and fragile. She's used to having Jaime around, but he wasn't there. So as soon as she sees him, she asks for them to have that moment together. She's on her period and their first son's corpse is right there, but she doesn't care. It also marks the last time they have sex and feel close to one another. Jaime may have done some bad stuff, but there's just no reason to take the character and make him into a r*pist for no reason. I still don't know why the showrunners did that.
@@heyitsmira17 "o as soon as she sees him, she asks for them to have that moment together. She's on her period and their first son's corpse is right there, but she doesn't care." This might be the wildest interpretation of a woman saying no, then "pounding on his chest" and going into various reason why not. "she pounded on his chest with feeble fists, murmuring about the risk, the danger, about their father, about the septons, about the wrath of gods. He never heard her." Even from Jaimes deaf from horny biased POV she protested plenty and most definitely didnt ask for them to do it. He didnt care- not her.
“So you agree? You think you’re pretty” vibes. Lysa really pulled a Regina George. Poor Sansa “He feels responsible for you-“ “Oh I know he does! I’m so grateful-“ “Why does he feel responsible?” Sansa’s like wut tf did I just walk into
“Sansa needs to find a lonesome island somewhere where no one is going to bother her because she has been through the ringer.” 👀 “Killing a man at a wedding… horrid.” Lady Olenna is so awesome.
Its kinda sad that the actor who played joffrey has stopped acting becuase of this role, he played a bellend so well that he couldnt escape it and didnt want to act again....
@@tianna1116 yes he did... he's actually a very good actor to be able to portray such a vile person and get everyone to absolutely despise him, when he him self is actually quite normal. He was so recognised as Joffrey, that he just stopped being In the spot light all together.
@@amirrhodesve791 oh what a shame, poor guy. I do remember hearing that people recognized him out and about and would say mean things to him. How idiotic! It is called acting for a reason. And he did a good job being so awe full in the show lol
@@tianna1116 yeah, he probably got paid a good chunk of money to live off of lol, hopefully it's gotten better now he's just a normal person living his life.
I agree! He’s an amazing actor, I have never hated an on-screen character SO much! Its so sad, people really were soooo mean to the actor. It has even gone so far as people sending him literal dea*th threats and stuff
22:31 i do feel so terrible for theon, yes it's terrible what he did to the farm boys and in winterfell but i think he got enough punishment for that, he did feel bad about it so he's not a completely horrible person and he did care about the starks he just wanted approval from his father, he never deserved THIS amount of torture and horrible things like what ramsay's done to him is just horrific omg
Honestly I was actually waiting for your reaction to Pedro pascal realising that it’s him………😂😂😂😂😂 love you so much for putting up this long video I really needed the distraction today ❤ you are the best Brad😊 with no spoilers whatsoever I cannot wait until you finish GOT and then watch House of Dragons…omg.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉you MUST!
Brad! Did you notice Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) had a small role in the last season of Sex Education as the druggie Maeve’s brother is friends with, Dodgy Mo? It was so jarring to see him play someone not evil lol

Season 4 is so good, can't wait for the second part. I love Oberyn's character. Joffrey's death has to be one of the best things to happen in season 4! The joy it brought me is unmatched! I actually feel really bad for Theon because at this point he's already completely broken and just hearing Ramsay say that Robb was killed so nonchalantly was infuriating. Theon had so much restraint to not kill Ramsay in that moment but he knew that it would be worse for him if he did. I really like Theon's character development in the show. Can't wait for what's to come! None of the Starks can catch a break, and yess I completely agree. My first time watching I was so mad that they were always missing each other by a little and not reuniting!
Olenna Tyrell is a legend, as was Dame Diana Rigg who played her. I live my life by a quote from an interview with her. “I hope there’s a tinge of disgrace about me. Hopefully, there’s one good scandal left in me yet.”
Nothing more exciting than watching you binge 5 episodes straight, been ready for this since I got the notification and just now watching now that my kids are asleep🙂 I hope you keep this format bc I’m loving it. Can’t wait for s4 pt 2!!
Oh im so excited for this one! I even went to get snacks! Also love the idea of the second channel! Edit: your reaction to seeing Joffrey's death was all of us the first time round. Never been so happy!
I love seeing you love sansa! She’s my favorite ever in this show. She deserved sm better than all the shit she was dealt, and I’m only on your first episode reaction of this video but I’m so excited to see your reaction to what is to come in this season and so on!!!!!! 🐺
Here is the tea on Pedro Pascal/Oberyn Oberyn and his little sister Elia were inseparable growing up. Very very close. Not Cersei & Jaime close. More like Arya and Jon type of close. Elia Martell got married to the crown Prince Rhaegar Targaryen and they had two kids (Rhaenys and Aegon) Rhaenys was 3 years old and Aegon was not even a year old yet. When war broke out the King sent his wife to safety and to hiding on Dragonstone. So she wasn’t in King’s Landing. But the King hates Dornish people and hated his Dornish daughter in law. So he made Elia stay in King’s Landing. Tywin had kept his formidable army at Casterly Rock. He didn’t join the war. He waited until the last minute to choose a side. After Rhaegar died the war was pretty much over. Tywin started making his way to King’s Landing with the Lannister army. But no one knew which side he would be on. Pycelle told the King that Tywin was on his side. So the King opened the gates for Tywin. Tywin and his army walked in and started cooking everyone up. Graping women, killing everyone, burning houses. The Mountain and his henchmen scaled the castle wall and went straight for Elia and her children. The 3 year old Rhaenys was hiding under her dad’s bed (probably thinking her dad Rhaegar was going to save her). They dragged her from under the bed and stabbed her FIFTY TIMES! Imagine stabbing something 50 times. The Mountain grabbed baby Aegon from his mom’s arms. And dashed his head against the wall. The Mountain then graped Elia with the blood and brains of her children all over him and then he killed her. The dead children were wrapped in a red cloak so you wouldn’t notice so much blood. The children were later laid at the feet of Robert Baratheon when he got to King’s Landing. Why did Tywin do this? He had to show allegiance to Robert somehow. He had not helped at all during the war and he was previously best friends with the mad King. Taking out Rhaegar’s children meant that Rhaegar had no heirs to fight for the crown, and no exile children that would come back looking for revenge. Oberyn was in Essos when this happened. He was having fun traveling, fighting with a sellsword company for fun. When Oberyn got back it was way too late for him to do anything. We had a new King and everyone had moved on. Oberyn has never stopped loving his sister Elia or his niece Rhaenys and nephew Aegon. That’s why Oberyn is here in King’s Landing. @brad evans
Oberyn made my bussy tingle as soon as I saw him when I was watching GOT for the first time. I'm so excited for your reaction 😂Honestly, I'm still obsessed 😍😛
I've been wai...ting... for you and this season. Oberyn is such an epic daddy! Absolutely drrrripping with "it". Slake that thirst Brad, Pascal is THE tall cool glass in a desert of king's landing.
I'm so glad you understand why Tyrion had to handle the Shae situation the way he did. So many reactors get pissed at Tyrion and it just annoys the hell out of me.
Always a pleasure to see Bran warging out. Though I feel bad for Hodor being the vessel he uses to kill, even though its efficient, it probably traumatizes Hodor each time he does so.
I remember back when 4x2 aired some people on Twitter were questioning if we should celebrate death so much, especially of a teen, and most of us we like "fk yeah we should, absolutely, this kid? 100%"
Honestly the editing skills are top tier, damn. Like honestly, as a graphic designer, I love how literally every little thing adds so much, even smaller things like the way and the timing of the frame moving in 3:33. The use of memes and vines and like everything I'm just having so much fun. The editing is a big part of why I watch this video and I don't really have that experience with other channels (that have perfectly good editing, it's just not actually part of the *content*) 16:16 SEE, THE MUSIC SAYS AND ADDS SO MUCH especially being in direct contradiction with what past you was doing and saying
Oberyn is one of the best fighters in Westeros. His street name is the Red Viper. He got the name because he is a master of poisons. He coats all his knives and swords in poison. So if he cuts you even a little, you’re dead. Oberyn is an undefeated fighter.
I LOVE your edits!!! I always LOVED Sansa and silently judged Al those who hated her at the time of airing. Animals. This was definitely one of my 🫣🫣🫣scenes every time. Great reaction per usj ❤
Amazing reaction as always… I really like this format (5 episodes per video) even if we have to wait for them, it’s totally worth it. By the way, your reaction to Jeoffry’s death… 😂 the best!
oh damn you and I had very different reactions to Bran warging into Hodor I was begging him not to do it, while you were cheering him on lmao. I dont remember if the 3 rules for wargs they may never break was mentioned in the show, but it marked him breaking the second, you should never warg into humans. Not to mention the horror on Hodors face after the fact.
your read on dany > i see weirdos say she thinks she's entitled to the throne when that is her family home and she does want it but everything she did, learning how to rule, earning an army, going through everything she has... it was all EARNED it's not like she's effing joffery who got everything handed to him a lot of dany haters are delulu and totally miss out on the good of her character because of the narratives they want to spin i have yet to hear a valid argument as to why she thinks she's entitled other than her trying to convince others to take her seriously so she can have all these things like in s2... when not once did she act like that behind closed doors unfortunately, being a woman especially in westeros at that time period are not taken seriously as leaders.. she has to project power to be taken seriously if that was actually her personality she wouldn't try so hard to learn how to rule, to be a good leader she would be a monster behind closed doors like joffery
Tommen is actually older than that. He’s old enough to not have a regent, which means he has to be at least 16, which is the age of “adulthood” in this world. He was younger in the books, though.
Jamie's arc this season has gotten a lot of critisism (also by the actor I believe), as it has Jamie do some wierd stuff as forcing himself on Cercei. It demolish alot of the growth we saw and put alot of people off him. He's still flawed, but come on. That was not a good choice in the writing.
It didn't happen in the books, which makes me think the show writers didn't want him to be as redeeming as he was in the previous season so they made him force himself on Cersei.
@@lilchaos9212 It did happen in the books. Not the exact same as in the show, but he absolutely forced himself on her. "There was no tenderness in the kiss he returned to her, only hunger. Her mouth opened for his tongue. “No,” she said weakly when his lips moved down her neck, “not here. The septons …” “The Others can take the septons.” He kissed her again, kissed her silent, kissed her until she moaned. Then he knocked the candles aside and lifted her up onto the Mother’s altar, pushing up her skirts and the silken shift beneath. She pounded on his chest with feeble fists, murmuring about the risk, the danger, about their father, about the septons, about the wrath of gods. He never heard her. He undid his breeches and climbed up and pushed her bare white legs apart." Even though its from his POV and hes obviously biased towards how he wants to interpret her actions she repeatedly tries to get him to stop and he ignores her.
Yayyy!! Thenns are a wildling tribe! If you want more info like the sword in the beginning was Ned Stark’s their ancestral Valyrian steel sword called Ice. Melted down watch the history & lore Brad it give you all the background information & it’s animated & voiced by the actors as the characters you would love season 4 & 5’s history & lore with Pedro as Prince Oberyn!
Just FYI, White Walkers are different from wights i.e., the undead. White Walkers are the creatures that lead/control the wights. They are not human. Craster's last son wasn't killed. Instead he was turned into a white walker (like the one Sam killed with the dragonglass dagger). And yes, the scary guy who turns the baby into a white walker is the leader of the white walkers. So, yeah that kid can grow up to be a white walker like the other ones, but the undead can't grow old.
@adityashankarnarayanan I don't understand why they'd want a baby. Why turn a baby that can't even walk into white walker? I mean, the baby just hangs around for years until it's grown enough to be useful? Do you know if the book explains it? Not trying to give you the third degree, this is just the first comment I read that mentioned info about the babies being turned. Thanks!
Stop. Just stop. Stop, and binge watch every episode until you’re done. The other shows and movies you watch mean nothing until you finish GoT. Period.
Wow 5 days! Totally worth it in my opinion, your reaction's are honestly priceless and so enjoyable to watch. Excited for you to see more of Pedro Pascal and more of the rest of the storylines. Thank you for the hard work and sharing! Looking forward to the next one (but no pressure on when it appears)
I can't stop watching reactions to this show. I'm an addict and need help. Why is it that no other show comes close to this dialogue? I was so excited for House of the Dragon, but it's not even close.
Brad, you've outdone yourself with the editing! The amount of times I had to restrain my laughter while everyone in the house is asleep. Bravo! One of your best reactions yet 😊
In the books, Jaime does not rape Cersei. It's still gross because they are having sex in the equivilent of a church next to their dead kid and they are brother and sister. But the choice to make it non-consentual is so odd since Cersei is supposed to be manipulating him the way the scene is framed. Not that I ship them or anything but Jaime does at least think that he loves her.
Omfg so exited , you should watch Fnaf i've watched a few days ago and i love it , the movie is fun and also Josh as mike is 💥( is a very good reason ) 😌
i love your editing sm like i’ve been waiting to watch this reaction for so long bc i LOOOVE season 4 but i’ve been so busy, finally found the time to get into it and it did not disappoint
Your analysis of Daenerys and her character is just so accurate and good, your reactions are really refreshing to see. I hope you'll give the books a chance at some point, even if it's not for content.
