Dany had every right to expect the North to bend the knee in order for her to help them. If Jon had the cockacity to go to anyone else like Robert, Joffrey, Stannis, etc and say I am independent, I want you to stop what you're doing and help me. Yeah I'm not gonna give you anything in return or proof of what I am saying, but help me anyway, and yeah the North is its own kingdom? Anyone else would have killed him for the audacity.
I’ve been binge watching your binge watch of GOT and I’ve been walking around the house speaking with a British accent to my husband. He says “but you’re not British” to which I said “But I am though” with your accent. It’s been the most fun! I love your reactions!
A month late answer, however, the Children of the Forest would've been able to kill them with dragon glass (obsidian), but given the war with mankind and their appearance, they could not get close to any to make weapons. Obsidian points were used against the First Men, but they broke against their bronze armor.
Why does Kendall have "sweet little lies" as a repeated song lyric lol. It's like the producers are just trying to make any dance relate the drama of the current episode
Okay so here's my take on the last few seasons: You will most likely enjoy the show up through the end of season 7 and (for the most part) through the first 3 episodes of season 8, and you may notice a sharp decline in the dialogue (looking at you, literally the very first line of dialogue in season 8) but you'll think "wow, people really exaggerated how bad this gets". To me, that's because after the disaster that was season 5, they started focusing on twists and spectacles without regard for whether they made sense and without caring about consequences. So through a first watch it can still be enjoyable because you'll get the gasps and the oohs and aahs from seeing some of the most visually stunning moments of television (like Battle of the Bastards and the blowing up of the sept) and some of the most surprising twists (Arya killing the Freys), but the longer you have to think about them, the less they make sense (for me, it's things like logistically how did Arya find and slaughter two Freys AND have access to the kitchen to bake them into pies AND be the one to serve it, THEN killing all the rest of the Freys and openly saying it was her, all without being caught or persued for it, and how did Cersei face zero consequences for killing a bunch of people including wiping out a great house and naming herself queen for no reason? Why would anyone be on board with that, let alone everyone?) A lot of us that have had 5 years to stew on the ending absolutely hate seasons 7 and 8 in part because the show used to be great specifically because it felt like anyone could die (now there's plot armor everywhere), things usually made logical sense, and there used to be consequences, and all of that is gone. (The last 3 episodes are different and are their own kind of stupid, so this is all just about season 6, 7, and the first half of 8)
I hate how she forget on "I wonder what the next" It kills me to see that for once chloe has an even playing field with Maddie and then forgets it because of her overwhelming week of having a solo, a duo and a group dance and I can't blame Abby fully because she had the sweet conversation with her but it's abby Lee Miller. If she knew that chloe was overwhelmed than she should of not let her do a solo and just do the duo next week or let her do just the duo.
This did not miss, love how you don’t give in to the pressure of comments and people never being happy about anything. Pay them no mind, love. I truly love your reactions. Your editing is a MASTERPIECE, and having done my fair share of editing as a journalism student I know it must take you AGES. Seing how fast you put out videos is INSANE. So proud of you and your work. Parasocial relationships are weird because I feel so invested in your success, without really knowing you, but I feel as if you’re my English bestie. Much love from Brussels ❤ always there for your reactions (and other stuff, love the podcast too) !
Can't wait to see how they gonna manage the time jump because even Mike and Nancy little sister is grown and part of the gang on season 5, according to leaked set photos.
the worst reaction of this episode i've ever watched... bruh, there were parts that got me and everyone else chill, and he was just ,,wow 😊, next scene". or maybe, i am just fanatic, who overreact on this scenes
I LOVE these long vids!!!! I LOVE Brad watching GoT even more. House of the dragon is amazing, so yet another vid to look forward to. ❤❤❤❤ You spoil us, Brad. 😂
I’m glad you’re going to finish the series! I would say it goes downhill bc the writers/ showrunners ran out of book material (George RRM has yet to finish the series) & had to make up their own conclusions. S8 also felt like they tried to cram as much as possible into 6 eps, it was rushed.
Yeah, it wasn’t just Abby the producers 🎬enabled and embolden Abby and perpetuated the narrative. Abby was going to promote Maddie anyway with or without production backing the narrative. Because Abby was groomed Maddie to be her cash💵cow. Production really helped to double down on the narrative. All the way back in season 1 when we would always see more of Maddie‘s routine than anybody else’s. She was already featured in pretty much all the group dances, but the camera 🎥 was always focusing specifically on Maddie. Even if you wanted to pay attention to another dancer, 💃 there were times I wanted to see the other girls, but I couldn’t because the cameras 🎥 wouldn’t focus on them. Also wouldn’t show any of the other girls wins 🏆Specifically (Chloe) and sometimes (Brooke). She was the focus point both the producers and Abby condition the audience and the world 🌎 to look at Maddie and see her as the clear, indisputable definite star,⭐️ unquestionable, talent, and undefeatable prodigy. And on top all that, in the confessionals she would get all the compliments and everybody else got disparagement and belittlement. Because only Maddie mastered the art of doing anything right? *Honorable mention* goes to the extra rehearsal times continuous reserved privates. Best costume/ choreography/ concept and music. 🎶 Ensuring that visually, she was always a delightful to watch, clean/refine and dynamic. Professional amongst the squatter kids.
