That Armenian cheese is called Chechil, and its amazing. If you have an Armenian grocery store near you they will most likely carry it. It has black caraway seeds and mahlab in it, and sounds amazing with the cardamom in this recipe

The theory of how I'd do it: Make stock using snake bones (rattlesnake bones are unusual, but semi-easy to come by if you look online). Then, if you can find a Cambodian place that sells fried tarantula, simply ask them for meat. Then you just gotta find other things to round out the stew.

As a UK born and bred member of the human species, I have never personally seen real meatloaf. All I know is that it is regularly enjoyed by a lot of American families in various kids movies such as, Stewart Little, and The Incredibles. I would like to try it one day. I hope he comes back to this series for that incredibly spicy breakfast burrito that Toby bought that gave the Germanic teacher incredible digestive problems when he confiscated it. Not really a fan of toilet jokes, but I LOVED that scene and the logic behind it.

that teacher always made me wonder. He is a guy who knows German, but is teaching Spanish. Why doesn't he just teach German?

@@firetoacat there are actually a lot of people of German heritage that live in South America. There are roots to World War II in there. That's what I assumed Señor Uhl's backstory was.

Can you make any frog’s legs dishes referred to in the Muppet Movie? Many things mentioned like French fried frog legs, frog leg burger, frog leg stroganoff, etc. There was also a honey comb ice cream and dragon fly ripple ice cream mentioned in a carnival scene in the movie.

You should watch 3 Below and Wizards. I thought they were even better than Trollhunters! I think the whole tales of Arcadia series is vastly under rated. They’re all awesome shows created by Guillermo Del Toro!

I'm reading lately that salting mushrooms sauteing them is better: Salt draws out moisture from mushrooms, so they steam instead of being sauteed. We're spozed to salt only after they are as brown and crisp as we want them to be. Gotta admit, I haven't tried this yet!
