He is very hard to please but when someone does something really really well he's like "Wow, you did that really well" and he shake's the contestant's hand and the fans of the show dubbed this moment "a Hollywood Handshake" which is like the highest praise you can get in the competition. So when Babbish shook his Editor's hand that's what they were making fun of.
