Totally Misguiding... Chains of ldpe are broken down into small segments where as the binding segment i.e corn floor got dissolved into water or any solvent. So small segments , still available in the solvent are still non degradable, affecting environment.
I come from China is a set of R&D, production and sales as one of the companies, the current environmentally friendly biodegradable materials Starring corn starch-based, starch extract PLA as
Tahir Bhai, are you mad, totally biodegradable bags are made from corn starch, which totally dissolve in water. Further you have used LDPE with 20% starch, how does starch change the molecular pattern that changes the product properties. You are in a huge error. Please correct yourself.
Somehow you are correct dear. but there are other materials are available which are not corn starch but 100% biodegradable and dose not dissolve in water. Search for PLA.
PIYUSH KANDALKAR Thanks Piyush will certainly look upto it. But it's really not possible to prove in real time that this particular product is bio degradable or not....
Its not biodegradable at all. But some Poly lactic acid blend are available which biodegrades within 180 days when tested in standard laboratory conditions. PVA is another material which is soluble in water and can be used for dry packaging applications or for laundry bags.
bhai lekin plastic particle kaha gaya, pani me mil k pollution to hoga hi, pehle mix nahi ho raha tha or avi biodegradable bana k plastic particle pani me milgaya....
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a thermoplastic made from the monomer ethylene. It was the first grade of polyethylene, produced in 1933 by Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) using a high pressure process via free radical polymerization. Its manufacture employs the same method today.
Picture is not complete here. Breaking of the plastic cut in small pieces is not the target, the target completes when they dissolve in the acidic water. Like to know about that.
Sir plastic is around 80/-+gst I really wonder how come it can be so expensive...never mind but 2ndly u can't prove that its bio degradable by dissolving it into acid
Jab ye pani me degradable ho gya to phir pani ki quality par kya prabhav hua, kya pani pahle she air dushit ho gaya ya waise hi raha. Please reply soon .
Many people in comment section mistook this Bio-Degradable term as Bio-Compostable. both are separate things. Adding cornstarch as filler can improve degradability up to some extent. but it wont turn back into its base material like bio-compostable material. so the claims in the video and the title doesn't misguide people. Its BIO-DEGRADABLE not BIO-COMPOSTABLE.
hellow sir Now a days really a great bussiness for india . sir i want to more details about bio degradable plastic to start favourable bussiness . so please give me more information about this .
He himself is saying " hamne jo plastic banaya tha uske chote chote tukde ho gaye hain", to atleast bazar wali plastic dhoondna aasan tha na bhai... kya chal raha hai ... do your research before making anything
comment Karne wale bhaiyo degradation se Matlab sirf polyethylene ka small molecules main dissociation Hain yahan par. or baki Jo cellulose ya corn starch hai wo to biodegradable hai hi pehlain se... bhawnao ko samjho
Waah mere bhai jab tak swarth hai tab tak tum desh ko Kuchh nahi de sakte abhi polythene jesa jahar jo dissolve nhi hota tha dikhayi to deta tha ab starch me polythene mix karke partially dissolve jehar bana rahe ho jo nadiye me ghulega milga or ye jehar dikhega bhi nahi or yahi jehar bahut se log piyengee bhi isse accha dikhne walaa jehar jayyda achha hai
