I took a trip to the new BioDesign Studio at the Tech Museum in San Jose, California and got to play around with some cool, hands-on bioengineering! I've been able to play around in the space before, including with the bacterial painting and plasmid transformation activities I talked about in previous videos, but it was so fun to get to run around the space and interact with all of the exhibits as a visitor this time!
If you want to play along with BioFutures at home, you can click this link: biofutures.thetech.org/
Or if you want more information about the BioDesign studio itself you can find out more here: www.thetech.org/biodesignstudio

Trying to document grad school one RU-vid video at a time, from lab equipment to genetics lessons to interviews with other students! Each week is a new view into life as a grad student, and the rollercoaster that is getting a PhD.
