Growing up I've seen a lot of shit in my time I've seen hunger, hunger, pleasure, pain, violence and crime I have learned from the mistakes of my friends that have died And from those who have gone down in life that just never tried Life is just too short I realize that now I'm gonna get my shit together and I try to make it some how Cause one thing that I have learned is that you only live once
The band suck balls aswell, totally boring and generic. I'm really not into most of these bands, although MACHINE HEAD fucking rip, their performance here blew me away. But whether the bands were any good or not wasn't the point, the energy at a show like this unifies everyone and everyone made it a fucking moment, all the bands watched each other and the crowd went wild for everyone. The bands were grateful for it aswell, no egos. I feel both the crowds and the bands just don't think like this anymore..... this shit reach an epoch in mid 90s from which we've never been able to return..... look at Woodstock 3 and see how different that was...... that's when it all went wrong.
Eindhoven `95 war ein absolutes Hammerfestival.... Hab´ sogar noch 2 "Dynamo-Taler", die man dort als Zahlungsmittel umtauschen konnte... Von den Bands auch nicht alles mitgekriegt, aber das ganze Drumherum war auch richtig geil! So eine Atmosphäre hab´ ich davor und danach nie wieder erlebt!
Great time and Great stuff. I was there and it was the best time i ever had. 100.000 people and no hate or violence. Everybody just had the fucking Right to Party.
