Biomass Boiler, Daily Check. 

-Check water pressure is correct (top up or drain water if required)
-Turn off electric to boiler
-Rattle the flew baffles
-Release butterfly lock on door
-Open door slowly allowing air to equalise to reduce to risk of setting off and nearby fire alarms.
-Clean all ash from door and try surrounding fire pit using irons
-Remove clogged ash from flames
-Securely close and lock door with butterfly lock
-Check ash pans and empty/change as required
-Turn electric back on (BEMS)
-Record all requirements
-Clean floor and leave area safe and tidy.
