@@trufacts8934 of course. It's a regular heater that slides into the filter with top sticking out so u can adjust

I mean this isn’t a bio master problem. This was user error lol. Admittedly this shouldn’t have happened but still.

All I'm seeiing is somebody picking the internals up out of the canister.....

Cleaned the canister a few times, never had this issue..

3 years running no issues , wait I forgot to clean the inside ,, Dammmm a whole year no clean on the inside ,,, 🏃🏾🏃🏾 and getting 2 more and next week Filosmart 200

evidently I plugged the heater in before I got water running through the pump. order of operation matters not just from a no brainer standpoint but it takes literally seconds for the heater to get hot enough to melt the plastic

@@riccio16 wow, thank God my Oase 600 doesn’t have the heater in it. Thanks for clarifying that.
