Nate Diaz at 13:45 let's test that example you are giving... Now Tony Ferguson would be a better example, Great video and awesome content!

And if your client does encounter an issue during training, you as the CFT have to understand biomechanics in order to know what is needed to make the necessary corrections.

The exchange efficiency of oxygen with the blood. Higher exchange of oxygen with blood means you can run further, lift more, etc. Hopefully this helps!

These guys clearly don't watch mma if they are using connor as an example of good cardio. He's wild and emotional with sloppy technique (compared to others at his level) and is known for gassing out anytime he can't ko the opponent quickly. I'm sorry but you could have chosen any other pro fighter to be a better example.

You must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. You must love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus the anointed is Lord! Repent and be baptized and believe the Gospel.

full range of movement with high repetitions hitting both long range and short range of the movement will create blood flow to joints which in turn will allow them to strengthen. The more pressure on the joint the better of course in the context of minimizing risk of injury which is established through regression either with load or initially range of movement if there is a really sticky joint. Over time with consistency on effective movements adding load slowly over time you can restore full range of motion and joint function. Check out Kneesovertoesguiy and athletictruthgroup for more in depth info. Awesome presentation I felt the need to add this comment due to the uncertainty around joint restoration. The body is designed properly however when we step out of line of that design then that's when issues arise.
