This might be too late but the reason the robot gear has only armor is it has a hidden 20% strength and agility boost, and the blaze gloves have hidden 20% to power damage.

im about 70 hrs into the game and only defeated 1 world eater. im absolutely loving the side quest while leveling up

Blaze Gloves also add Psi Power, it’s not mentioned anywhere but you can look at your character stats before and after equipping them and you’ll see a difference. Also using powers before and after will yield different damage numbers. My mudfist hits for 300 normally (I’m mercenary with no Intellect investment) but hits for 900 with the blaze gloves on. AFAIK, these are the only main hand weapon to increase Psi power.

Hey if u equip both the prosthetic pieces u get around a 20% melee damage buff, it's a hidden passive ? Idk but it's definitely true, my damage increases a lot when i'm wearing it.

Fyi the prosthetics arms and legs have a hidden bonus to unarmed attacks as well. The blaze gloves give a bonus psi. The two together are good. The gloves are "unarmed" weapon plus prosthetics boost to it. There are a few hidden effects like that. Wish the game would say but nice thing for players going for looks.

Blaze gloves huh, The Psy-freak starts with Spark gloves. So I know the feeling of always being deep into melee fights and being hit a lot more. x_x

The PC patch just fixed everything you said you'd had problems with for melee. Not to mention TONS of other stuff. Console versions of the update should be live within a couple of days.

The issue is that those gloves are not labeled as "unarmed" but as "2-handed". So I think that one loses the bonuses for unarmed fighting while using those gloves...

You don't even need oxygen to get to Boom, just go to the road left of pebbles, it go right around back, then go down the hill, there's bridges to cross

Does anyone know how to put back the eye patch back on the character????? Im using the dead eye character and i really like the eye patch and it seems thet with the new update the eye patch was remove.

I think someone forgot the arms were supposed to be also. The legs look correct but the arms do not look anything like what they look like in my inventory. Would also like your thoughts on patch 1.4.

@@artemis5265 you kidding right? Prostetic armor has 74 armor value without stats. I have on an chest piece with 65 armor value plus energy and ki regen max plus 4 slots. I slotted 4 crit addons with + armor value that bumped my current chest piece to 30% crit chance and 120 armos value. How can slots be not important?

The bionic armor gives a bonus to melee damage and the gloves give bonus to psi damage. Hidden effect hardly anyone knows about >< They should have labeled the gear.

My blaze gloves are broken everything i hit with them is a one shot kill, ruins the fun for me :( anyone have this issue and know how to fix it?

Theres a crush weapon that glows purple from 125 radioactive damage and 80 rarity called the gongball I have the longspike grip on it. Does 1007-1179 damage and i love it. Why hasn't no ones done a video on?

There's unlisted strength bonus when prosthetics are equipped. Like 2.5x melee and this stacks with the fire gloves unlisted effect which is adding power to melee

Sadly the blaze gloves count as two handed instead of unarmed. They really need to change that, cause you can't even do proper unarmed damage with the perk for extra unarmed damage

Little known thing about the blaze gloves. They boost psi damage. No one is quite sure by how much but estimates range from 20 to 40 percent. Nobody knows why and its only the blaze gloves. The psifreak shock gloves don't share this trait.

Hopefully the patch also fixes the unarmed damage perk. Haven't tested it myself, but I've heard the game considers them to be two-handed weapons but they don't get the benefit from the two-handed or unarmed damage perks

The prosthetics should be add ons,, or have it to were you could equip one or two seperate,, my opinion, Mostly because I want to keep my samurai look, but I wouldn't mind having say, the right arm robotic looking

having spent lots of hours, on 3rd, or is it 4th play through...this armor is ok, but if you have the different resist fully covered (which this armor does *&^&%&*% for) this armor you are talking about IS NOT NEEDED AT ALL

*FUN DETECTED* From the latest patch: “Reduced base damage from ranged bodies, muzzles and grips by approximately 5%. Reduced Dead-Eye Sharpshooter perk damage multiplier from 2.0 to 1.25 to ensure that it is comparable to other perks.” Imagine being a dev team and nerfing stuff in a single player offline game. Of course they do it a week after release after they have your money. 😒

@@artemis5265 Yeah I’m not bored (level 45 still on first play through haven’t even killed a world eater yet) and only playing on normal. Nerfs in single player offline games are unnecessary. Buff the other classes instead.
