I cant help but imagine that eventually, This Matoro's ability to put information together will result in him finding similar revelations to what he has in the original storyline. maybe a little bit of detective Matoro until we get a little shadow over insmouth-nui in this tale?
honestly. it kind of looks like they mashed Hahli and Nuparu into Macku and Onepu so it might be all six if they ever get to that point! ...Oh god what would the Piraka look like in their style? horrifying
And another though on Nuparu if he doesnt get to become a toa, I could see him with a Big beefy Boxor later on fighting along side the toa. not needing the energy boost to kick someone's butt
Wow! Really love the story take. I think this will one day breath a breath of life into Bionicle as never seen before. Music is stunning really tell a story along side the narration. I've been a part of this journey for many years now. I so long for the day I get to see this. God bless.
A nice touch to have Jala wear Lhikaan's mask. Kinda interesting to give him a proper commander personality. He was kind of a dork in Mask Of Light, his voice didn't help.
@@williamcooper8599 Cos Jaller is a simple Muggle Matoran so is unworthy to have a gold mask. Did they ever retrieve that mask from Karzahni? I think Gali did, after she Nova Blast'd a tsunami to destroy the place.
Have you ever considered using 3D printed parts to achieve some of what you'd otherwise have to cut parts for? I'm not a purist by any means, but it does pain me to see so many parts being sacrificed for a single model.
@@LittleBrotherhoodStudios KingSidorak's got a lot of parts that are variants of pre-existing G1 parts. The Mc-toran feet with poseable toes and a socket ankle for example. You should check out his offering if you haven't already
I wouldnt do this myself, but hey, its HIS bonkels, he can paint, glue or cut any piece he needs for his dioramas and photos. There a ton of bionicle pieces just lying around.
It’s awesome that y’all are still working on this project! I loved it when I first saw it and remember it as one of the best stop animation videos I’ve ever seen. Glad y’all are still building!
Onepu learned from the best and brightest engineer in his village did he, I really hope that means we could end up seeing Nuparu in this style one day.
God bless you and the team who is making this. I've been watching you guys for a few years now and with every picture I see on RU-vid or Facebook I'm just so amazed and excited to see the work you guys have been doing. But of course take your time. Life has been pretty crazy so I can't imagine the trials you guys have been put through, big or small. I pray for your success and safety.
I love how you did Hukis chest from cut Mata feet, giving Jala Lhikans Hau was great idea cuz in canon his mask should look like Lhikans noble one and like i said on FB this combo of Miru and protectors mask is awesome! Really enjoy your content well done!
First ever video I have seen of you and omg, I'm blown away! The passion and love just shines through! And the builds and sets, story, everything is amazing! Gonna share this on my Discord and with friends right away and sub, also gonna binge this channel
I feel like a lot of people will have overlooked this detail but you can actually see Kapura's Ta Koro guard insignia on his right shoulder at 0:31 Details like these make this project as incredible as it is! You guys also did excellent with all the others! My favorites so far are Macku, Jaller, and Matoro.
Accidentally watching vids on this channel, (honest) it is my very first time got distracted with all mocs that you've created is like an official set 2022 no doubt. love every single pieces attached part to another especially Jalla one, since bionicle has ended unfortunate, gladly see fans willingly continue the journey of the bionicle lore. Cannot wait to see next mocs and your workflow such a intriguing. Greetings from Malaysia. 👏👍✨✨
A little disappointed in Matoro not having the translator aspect. The burden of forbidden knowledge was a big factor in his character. Other than that, this really makes me feel like I am discovering something amazing.
I absolutely adore your Mocs for the Matoran! Especially all the ways you’ve used to make them, and I’m even took some inspiration from you guys and have made my Mocs so much better!
Man I have so much respect for you work, I love your animation style, I am so excited for the movie and am praying for you guys. I have a question 8 can't put notifications on for your channel do you know why?
Awesome video can’t wait to see the whole thing! I also made some custom versions of Lamache and Atero and a work in progress Dragga. God bless you guys
Your dedication and attention to detail are off the charts. I am also working on bionicle animation with vector art in After effects, and I have to say your commitment and style are a huge inspiration to me. That walk sequence with Maku is mesmerizing. Can't wait for the next updates!
Tbh I wouldn't mind a tv series on just the Matoran. Lego does movies and that gen 2 series about the toa; but the matoran get into more adventures than the toa did. It's like Mata Nui online was so mysterious and iconic, you saw the world through the eyes of a matoran. Sure we could tell you the tale of tahu mata and what he does. But to be a simple matoran and see this red tall stranger look at you, with his glowing eyes and flaming sword; before ignoring you and heading off to the village ahead. It makes you want to know more and follow him, specifically because they didn't tell you who he is, but let you find out yourself. To have a tv series through the eyes of a Matoran would not only be an exciting way to return Bionicle for Lego; but it captures the heart of the series. It is your Duty to find out more. The Unity of working together to uncover it's mystery. And the Destiny that leads you to an adventure.
Found your videos and project today. Astounding amount of work. And I really appreciate your narration and music choises. Good voice and great artistic skills. Please, continue your work. Godspeed.
This is amazing video I love your characters design, I hate to break my own toys but you make great designs to your character. I love the backgrounds and that little short you made at the end of this video. I can’t wait for project Toa.
every time I see new video about your project I just get more hyped about it. your putting so much time and effort on this project. you are pouring your fucking soul in to it. so much talent, time, and work...i wish I could do something to help but I can't really...please keep going
When I saw Huki in the thumbnail, a grin appeared on my face! He was the first of the Bionicles I ever collected and I find his mask the most iconic to me! It pleases me how you're rather fond of him, too, and even fleshed out his backstory!
these builds look really good and the work you put in is incredible! though the scratches and mods on the masks look a bit too much for me^^ those hip and legs are the best I've seen in matoran mocs btw! excited to see more
jesus christ this came out of nowhere and kicked me inthe face , i havent throught about bionicle since i was a kid and they had the little toys in the burger king meals, or was it mc donalds ?? but holy crap hello childhood also for context this was an absolute random youtube recomendation video
Wow guys this is 1 of a kind world build and story i love what i see and cant wait for More :) keep up the good work What you did whit Jala is badass hard
The creativity and design chops on display here are absolutely stunning, though I do wonder as to the continued use of "Jala" and "Tohunga" given the cultural upset clearly stated by the Maori people as to the use of those words; I really like the other names you've updated to, so I'm curious as to why you've kept those. I personally always preferred "Jaller" anyway, feels more like him, but I know that's very subjective. "Tohunga" feels like a bigger issue, as it is a pretty significant word in the culture. That said, I absolutely *love* the designs!! Konga with a bow is inspired, and I appreciate the length of the arrows incorporated into the design. J-man is also very warrior-esque, which I love, and, well, everything about Hooky is great. Big friendly sportsman. Lovely.
While I like the way you create the characters by cutting the pieces, I still would like to see how they would look like if you haven’t chosen to use this method. Would you build the same but without a few parts, or would you look for parts that kinda match the look you want to replace what you would’ve cut. The possibilities are endless…
For spray paint, try multiple, thin coats instead of one thick coat. That's what we do in the Gunpla community, and I think it would help with your MOCs, too.
considering bionicles aren't being made by lego anymore (and are becoming more rare) its painful to see pieces getting destroyed? i don't know the exact word for this..
