i can never find a reliable source for which wavelengths (e.g. alpha, beta, theta..) are present for each of the sleep stages. would u be able to tell me please?? 🙏 thank you

Textbook says alpha is NREM 1 and 2, delta is NREM 3 and 4 and then REM is theta
