I have a question/ which pump are u using for your tank. my pump for my 15 liter biorb is too strong and sucking my fish and creates so much bubbles on the top of the service that the tank looks like it is sweating?
If you have the model without the remote control just turn the switch, but I guess you have the one that comes with control, so you have to make sure that the phisical switch of the lamp is in the on position, then press any of the buttons in the remote control that say 8 hours, 10 or 12, the remote must be very close to the lamp, you will see a flick of light an then it should start according to the program you selected. If that doesn't work maybe the lamp is bad.
