See I don't the calculation part but I can explain the equity thingy for example you said 1 crore for 25% equity it actually means that you are paying 1 crore to the owner of the company and taking 25% of the company shares under your name by paying 1 crore to that person who owns the company or the percentage of the share that your holding inside a company or of the company
