Robb Stark Great that you enjoyed it, though after the things you saw at the Red Wedding, I'd have thought you'd prefer watching comedies rather than horror movies! ;-)
Aimee Blondel • I think Tom having been in Iraq is why he was able to last a bit longer after facing them. He has been trained to remain calm under pressure and has faced things much darker than the average person. In the end, though, he is still good. I know it would have been impossible to do, but I was hoping for a way for them to show the little boy and his father that Tom talked about. Perhaps since they were both good and went up against things even difficult for Tom, they might have been able to “beat” the creatures. I’m going to have to see if that is mentioned in the book...
After seeing the monster, I think Tom was able to still shoot the man going after Mallory and the children because that *was* his biggest fear: someone going after his family.
I'm glad they didn't show the creature. Not only does that lend a better eerie feel to the film, but Sandra was absolutely correct----the makeup effect and costume chosen made the 'creature' look like a 'fat, naked, baby..' lol
@DANK yes that's what I was thinking too....I felt its not so much what the actual creature looks like but the hold it takes on your mind into your own fears .
I very liked that they didn't showed the creatures in the film. It just makes the audience feel like they are in the same position:"we haven't seen them and because of that we are still alive". It just adds to a very eerie feeling. I think the scene with the drawings of the creatures was very effective as well.
Unfortunately people don't seem to be very imaginative. They want to see a monster regardless of whether this would spoil the film. What could they possibly show that's worse than our imaginations?
Agreed - the fact that it makes your deepest sadness and/or worst fears somehow dominate your mind kindof makes the viewer imagine their own worst fears and how horrible it would be to experience that - there's no way they could have visually represented an actual creature to match up to that level of horror. At least not without crossing into cheesy horror movie territory. But ya, a brilliant tease came from the crazy guy's drawings - you get a hint of what they might look like, but with still plenty of room for imagination.
Bird Box was still scary as hell even without the deleted scenes. I know people say that they didn't trust Gary when he showed up. I didn't trust Olympia, because I knew she was going to do something stupid like letting an outsider in and getting nearly everyone killed, which is exactly what she did.
It certainly was! I was definitely one of those who thought Gary was up to something as soon as he arrived though, like you, I also thought Olympia was going to end up doing something along the lines of what she actually did too! Still, enjoyed the movie all the same! :-)
@@FlicksAndTheCity Bird Box was what The Happening should have been. Killer pollen? Oh boy. The scene with Gary that really chilled me was how his voice sounded when he sat on the bed and demanded that Malorie hand over the babies to him. Quiet but totally unhinged. You knew if he didn't get his way he was going to use extreme violence. For a wild moment at the school I thought Rick was Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln - Walking Dead). Yeah, I know, the guy on the radio didn't sound like him but that was where my mind went for all of five seconds.
Lol, I wonder if M. Night Shyamalan has seen this film yet?! As for Gary, Tom Hollander is such a fantastic actor. That's spot-on what you said about how he played that scene - skin-crawlingly creepy! That would have been wild if it had turned out to be Andrew Lincoln at the end - they certainly had a lot of class actors in this film! :-)
@@madcat4301 Glad I am not the only one hoping that...it would have been nice to have a TWD cross over with the Bird Box getting an invite to the Hilltop 😂
I like the fact that the audience never sees the monsters, because the people who survive never see the monster, making the audience members survivors as well (Except for the crazies, of course, but still)
it botheres me that she named girl 'olympia' and not 'ariel' 'jasmine' or 'CinderElla' like her mother had wished could have given her a 2 names, should have respected her mothers wish. to everyone complaining "olivia", get you ears checked, or use subtitles! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bird_Box_(film)#Cast oh my sorry, you thought I didnt get it was her mothers name? so it was only you who figured that out?
I think the scene with Malory confronting the creatures and driving them back by threatening to cut out her eyes would've been great. it's the old "final boss battle", giving a greater sense of closure. Even though the creatures weren't defeated, we would've had that standoff, with malory coming out victorious. I'm glad they cut the bird suicide scene, only because it would've meant we wouldn't have got the scene with Malory choosing which child would look. that was my favourite scene in the whole movie. I think it was a pivotal point where Malory decided that she loved both of the children too much to let either of them look. The acting was so powerful in this scene, it really moved me.
Pretty Sure Medusa is one of the Creatures the Original Myth says anyone looking at here got so scared they turning into stone aka a fancy way of saying Shit scared to the point where you're frozen like a deer in the headlights of a Truck
I think not seeing the monster was for the best, and having Gary’s drawings worked well to give the audience some idea of what the monster looked like. Everyone has different fears so I feel since it was really left to the audiences interpretation, then it was left to the imagination of the viewer which increases the suspense of the film.
Stick to the book if your going to do a movie stick with the original content, this was a weak movie, the start had great potential then fizzzzz and meh
Roy Wright I appreciate the ending....a person like myself always say that the ending should have more chaos and be more interesting but after all that happened throughout the movie I kind of appreciate them getting somewhat a good ending..
I really liked the way they portrayed the monster. Never actually showing it, but having someone show sketches of it was really effective and kept me immersed as I kept thinking, "what would these monsters look like to me?" I much prefer the sketch approach over the nightmare approach.
Bird Box: Can’t see A quiet place: Can’t talk Hush: Cant hear Don’t breathe: Can’t breathe Hotel: *Trivago.* Edit: for everyone saying I copied I saw something like this but I added the hotel trivago lol
Lots of RU-vid videos calling this movie “horrifying” and “terrifying” when it was neither. It’s a thriller and Netflix categorizes it as such. That being said I would have preferred the bleak scenes as it would’ve made a bolder movie.
It doesn't have to fit a genre to bring up a certain emotion. They aren't saying it's a horror movie, they're saying it's scary. What's the point of your comment?
i dont care if they showed the creatures or not. I just wish they gave a better explanation as to why they came. I mean we get that one vague theory from the grocery store clerk that humanity was judged, but i mean what are the chances that some random guy you are sharing a house with hit the nail on the head as to their motives. Also, will these creatures ever go away or are they here for eternity?
I agree wholeheartedly. That's one the thing I didn't like about the movie, was absolutely no explanation of where they came from, if they can be stopped, or if they'll ever leave. Without any of those told, the directors point of wanting a happier ending is pointless.
Yea honestly same. I just don’t understand why didn’t they explain it like was god just like “okay I’m sick of humans, let’s kill them with some weird ass creatures that I and everyone else know nothing about” “And idek what do they look like and are they gonna go away. And i also don’t know how should everyone know where they came from” “ yea this is perfect!”
I don't consider Bird Box as a scary movie but It really gave me anxiety so much. I mean the finished Bird Box overall is all great and I really loved it!
@Sporke So, let me enlighten you. During the part where Boy and Girl separated to Malorie and those creatures are trying to play with the kids to take off their blindfolds. Do you think you can't have anxiety or be worried for the kids?
@Sporke I don't know but from what I understand, it's normal to get an anxiety or being just anxious in some certain conditions. Sometimes being too much anxious can be bigger but there are some people who can't easily control their anxiety which can define that a person is currently experiencing an anxiety disorder.
I Prefer Thrillers over Horrors with a few Exceptions for Exorcist and Elm Street Most Horrors is just JUMPSCARE FAKE JUMPSCARE EARY MUSIC JUMPSCARE Credits
Nadaa Azof, Both Metacritic and IMDb like to hold all elements accountable when regarding said movie’s genre. The film has Sci-Fi and Horror elements along with just like most films dramatic elements but it stands as a Psychological Thriller.
stealthassulter, Not really, just because you didn’t like it or it didn’t fill what you wanted it to be before you saw how it ends doesn’t make it stupid? The middle section of the film is where the whole premise is intensified, the only stupid part of the film is the little non contextual situations and happenings in my opinion, for example, Those kids would have never had time or the opportunity to learn to swim how did they swim to shore from the rapids? How did the bird survive the rapid? I would personally blame the director for not leaving it dark and truer to the book.
the car scene is really intense. man, i would be terrified in that scenario. i finished watching this film at like 2:30 am and as I was about to go to bed, I heard a noise outside my house. I f*n bolted to my room...
Dude same. I watched it late last night and one of my cats knocked over something and it made a loud noise and i ran and shut my bedroom door. For a movie that I thought wasn't that scary it really messes with you afterwards
Same. I watched the movie late at night, and afterwards I went to go throw out the trash. It was windy, and hearing the wind, (because in the begining of movie, the creature made its presence with leaves and a bout of wind), the made me throw it in quickly, and I almost closed the lid on my hand. I scurried back inside and locked the door. When I went bed, I stared in my closet, hoping that I didn't see some darker shadow emerge, and when I heard the wind picked up, I hid underneath my blankets. Perhaps I shouldn't have watched it late at night.
Do you mean a Walking Dead, Night of the Living Dead apocalypse or a Dawn of the Dead, World War Z apocalypse? Cause those would have very different survival odds. JS.
I don’t think we NEED a sequel, but i would like a prequel with different points of view, like a story similar but from the POV of somebody from a different setting. Or showing how the Creatures started to spread, or where they came from, AN EXPLANATION! Also we could get a view of how the world goes on after a long period of time, like 100 years later, to see where humanity’s at.
ryan wants to die maybe the point of view of someone from where it started first at like russia or just from where it first started to spread it would make it so interesting
I would like to see Malorie return for the sequel but then again where could they go with her. The only thing I can think of is the school is destroyed and so Malorie and the kids and a couple other characters have to look for a new place. The best option is for the sequel to have brand new characters. I would hope Malorie would cameo during the 2nd movie. Maybe the sequel could be about the cop and white guy because I would like to know what happened to them.
mjstory1976 i personally liked not being able to see the creatures because it really gave us, the audience, the same feeling that the characters had, with not being able to see what was attached them
So there is no actual monsters because they are actually just fears like say it was just mist and if you see it it'll become your worst fear so its not an actual thing they see what they fear and if it was revealed to us it wouldn't had made sense since it doesn't have an actual form.
I felt the ending was rather bland... I wish they would have ended with the fact that the seeing people at the sanctuary for blinds had to take their sight away in order to stay safely with the community there. Usually dystopian psychological thrillers don’t end well🤷🏻♀️ Just saying😉
I had figured some people would of had to of blinded themselves eventually. The school for the blind is clever though. But I feel that maybe some still had their eyesight, some blind, and some who gouged out their eyes would of been a good mixture of variety of choices.
The whole last fifteen minutes felt bland and bad. How did the kids learn to suddenly swim? You know Mallory didn't take the time to teach them how to swim blindfolded lol. Why were they running so fiercely? The creatures couldn't hurt them if they stayed blindfolded. That entire last sequence had zero tension because of that. Ohhh the creature could whisper ominously? That's so scary... not really. They could have done so much differently and went the most boring safest route.
Yeah it doesn't make a lot of sense to try and tack a hopeful ending onto a post-apocalyptic setting. The apocalypse kind of has endless misery built into it.
Something I wondered after watching the ending of this movie is, “Is this really a happy ending?” They might be safe at the school but the monster is still roaming around outside. And nobody knows how to get rid of it. They only know how to escape from it.. They’re literally trapped. And what about all the other people who couldn’t escape? What about when someone dies? Where are you going to burry them? Or when all the children grow up and have kids of their own? The population would keep growing.. and someone would have to be sacrificed. And the new generation wouldn’t know how the real world looks (or looked) like.. The experiences they could have are so limited..
*small spoilers*: Right at the beginning of the sequel novel "Malorie" a creature gets into the school for the blind causing people to go insane, even blind people, which forces Malorie and the kids to flee after only staying there for two years, making the ending of the first novel even more bitter sweet - though this leads to new adventures and revelations.
I think the alternate ending would have been a great twist. The ending was a little too perfect for my liking, but I still think the movie was a fantastic watch.
@@shannonbannanie4370 I agree. It felt like the producers wanted to make the ending neat and tidy especially when the whole premise of the movie was so bleak and gritty. I also couldn't deal with how she treated Boy and Girl. My husband watched it with me and he didn't enjoy the movie because of how the children were treated.
The ending was still very sad to me. To know that there will never be a normal life again, to know that the world is ending is very bleak. Being stuck at a school for the rest of your lives with no chance at a better life... No job, no dreams and goals... Sad ending if you asked me.
Si-gi-gi I liked not seeing the monsters. The fact that it could instantly turn people literally depressed and suicidal, and it remained unknown made it eerie. Like when Malorie’s friend was driving and she says “what the hell is that” as her eyes grow wide and sad, just creepy.
It would have been scary, true, but I’m glad they left that scene out because it would have been very confusing for the viewers. It wouldn’t make any sense then why the birds in the box were clearly unaffected by the creatures because the birds in the film have represented a warning signal for when the creature is near. It also would have been confusing at the end because there were all the birds in the sanctuary and they wouldn’t have really been safe. I guess that could make a good scary ending but I think it would have left too many loop holes.
I think it already shows that the animals are also effected and that’s why Malory kept the birds in a box so they wouldn’t see the light. Plus animals can sense danger in different ways than humans can.
It was perfect as is. Very different and I liked not seeing them, it actually made my wife not sleep for 3 days wondering what they looked like. Well done Jan!
the issue with the movie being a flashback is that within the first fifteen minutes you already knew the entire cast is going to die, which made making any kind of connection very difficult. (except for tom, we love tom.)
Braden Goodman not really. The book left a little bit of room for wondering if some other characters survived and made it to the school before Mallory got there, like perhaps she was so far behind due to having to raise the kids first. In the book she raised the kids completely alone, but we believed Tom may be where Mallory was headed up until the action packed chapter where Gary fucks it all up. Remember the speakers with Toms voice? We didn’t know it was a recording
I'm glad they never showed the real creatures. Implied evil is always more scary than when it's visible. Voldemort became less scary for me when he got his body back.
Having a large area to prepare and raise livestock and food would be the best course of action here, and since we don't see much of the School for the Blind, then how do we know they don't have a greenhouse garden or a small field with a little barn next to it?
If Bird Box was a monster movie, these deleted scenes would've been great additions; but it isn't. Not primarily. It's about love. The deleted scenes would've taken away so much from character growth and the director's vision. However, if it were to focus more on the monsters, I think we as the audience should've experienced an episode of the monsters' control. See what a person sees from under the monsters' influence.
Great point! :-) Yes, it's about a lot more than just the creatures. For me, the same is true of A Quiet Place and lots of other creature features - there's often much more going on below the surface. Bird Box seems to be about human connection - something Malorie doesn't feel at the start of the movie.
Character growth? Personally I didnt get that. All the characters played a token role, and there was too much bloodshed going on. I mean we have the old asshole with a dead wife, black dude crushing on the main character, pregnant dumb lady....but they werent really fleshed out.
@Joe Sudz Even beyond the obvious, what's there? A couple "brave" survivors, with one of them being the comic relief. Can you tell me the difference in character between Sandra and the guy (forgot his name), that isnt obvious? I mean yeah he cared about the kids more than she did.
Also a big fan of Gravity, the first Miss Congeniality, Speed, The Proposal, While You Were Sleeping, & really enjoyed Ocean's 8 recently too as well. Now I feel like I want to start a marathon of all her films! :-)
I thought that at some point in the movie the girl would look and nothing would happen because she was born and raised into that apocalyptic chaotic world... Right after her birth Gary stared at her fascinated and said "so beautiful", but when he barely glanced an eye at Malorie's baby son, he said "wow. hum". Which could've given her some power to see the monsters and be friends with them, or just not see them at all... I don't know, it opened some possibilities to me :)
@@frogclaws2354maybe thats the whole point? since they didnt show the monster its like saying everyone has different fears. just like the scene where gary takes out drawings of the monsters, its just different for everyone.
@Sierra Martinez They still could've showed at least one person's fear, maybe two peoples. Just so we could have an idea of the type of imagery they're seeing. Even if we had no clue what we would be seeing, it would still be cool and visually appealing to try and discern the trauma based on what the character saw, without any character backstory.
I agree. Though I think the flock of birds committing suicide would have been a worthwhile addition. It would have been so creepy to see something other than humans effected by the monsters.
i just think it’s absolutely insane that all it took was one look on Sarah Paulson’s face to make me start crying. That shows you just how incredible she is as an actress
Yeah it’s kind of annoying how everything has to have some kind of lesson or happy ending. What happened to just being able to watch something just to watch it, just for entertainment?
I believe that the people who didn't use blindfolds are people who were already suicidal, and felt the monster understood them. They thought the monster (demon) was beautiful, therefore they wanted to share it. when they saw that it made people kill themselves, they thought those people were being freed and thought everyone had to look. This is just my thoughts, would love to hear anyone else's Edit: Yes, In the movie it is stated that the ones who find the monster (demon) beautiful, are in fact mentally insane, i was only adding onto this, also, when saying The monster (demon) was beautiful to the suicidal/mentally insane, i did not mean they thought death was beautiful. i wrote this to clear up any confusion, thanks for reading.
Cool idea but in real life people who are suicidal often don't find death beautiful, but are in an extreme state of hopelessness. It's not like they like death, it's that they feel like can't do life. I just don't want you thinking that suicidal people are "crazy" demon/death lovers. We don't need more stigma. Thanks :)
Aarron Lambo I was like “you evil fucking bitch, she is cuter than her how dare you”😩😂 I felt so bad for her, her little face thinking she’s gonna be picked😩
I feel like keeping the creature unseen made it much more terrifying and mysterious. What we don’t know is so much scarier than what we do. If we’d seen it, it would lose its touch.
yeah but the problem with that is that we know that there where creatures but we don't have anything for our minds to go off of except the drawings so for all we know it could have been giant sentient lamps. we need some direction for ourselves and it's kinda confusing in how they could spread chaos but no one could see them or the camera didn't show a glimpse of them, was it them that made people crazy of there powers or something, so if we knew what it was it would have made more sense but i do like how they kept it hidden but maybe they kept it too hidden, who knows
I like the movie but im pissed they didn't show anything, some of the darker scenes should have been added and a view of the monster's would have made this movie a 5 star.
So those immune to the creatures are either people who doesn't fear anything (is that even possible ?) or people that are crazy or insane maybe because they're already insane which makes the concept of going insane invalid to them and end up in suicide or they don't have the right mind to form something that they fear or maybe they see their own nightmares as something different or beautiful than what it really is and just ends up accepting it. Idk just my thoughts but I ain't tryin' to be smart or anything.
When insane people who want to die see the aliens they become sane, thats why they live longest in the movie. Sane people who dont wanna die instead become insane and kill themselves.
@@andrw1979 i dont read the novel but i can imagine how this happen , the birds is trying to kill them self by attacking each other , attacking random things to get killed by it , smashing their body to something or repeating a kamikaze if you know what i mean
Kristo XD basically, malore and the kids are on the boat and the birds start killing eachother off. so the birds start falling from the sky into the boat and all around them. (it goes into a lot more detail in the book, i just forgot how it goes since i read it a long time ago lol)
Yes the book was actually much better(dont get me wrong i love the film soo much). For example in the book Gary didnt die, and when they were on the river Gary follows them (thats how Malorie ‘sees’ it). And also i really missed the wolf attack from the film
I am so interested by the creatures and would like to know more about them but I think not seeing them makes it more interesting. Also I’m happy with this more hopeful ending
This movie was so interesting and had a whole new level of scare. I wasn't hiding my face or jumping out of my chair, but it was a different kind of scared. Scared like you're in that situation. It wasn't like IT or The Ring where it made me scared of going into a dark room or scared of using the TV or computer, but it really felt like the viewer was in the movie. It was intense and different from any horror movie I've seen. It wasn't scary because of spooky monsters hiding in your closet or creatures in your home, but it was like a scary I can't describe. It was new to see people killing themselves instead of killers killing others. As soon as I saw the characters I instantly fell in love with all of them and cried at every death scene. I loved it so much, a second one better be on its way.
@@noam.1563well ima try to explain someone said that it depends on their hearts being good or bad, like if they are bad they already help the monsters. Idk about the good part..
They were made by mad scientist but it’s impossible but why wouldn’t the army help! Just like the mist but I see they didn’t wanna copy the mist.i have suspicion of the army and the government just like the purge.
The author said he had no idea where the creatures came from however they do take over the deepest fears and lead to sadness and clearly death- the people who were mentally ill had already been through it all and were numb to it all therefore meaning they were affected by the monsters differently
i want a prequel where it explains the characters' separate stories and how the monster was created and it would end where they all meet at the house. I think it just needs more of a background story
I love that this movie was on Netflix. Thank you Netflix for the FREE movie. It was suspenseful and really good storytelling. Those “demons” were clever and the people who didn’t need blindfolds were so creepy. Deserves a part 2 because Tom and Olympia have a special set of survival know how....
I absolutely loved this movie! I saw it pop up on Netflix and at first I was like “what is this crap?” So I ignored it. But like 3 days later I was looking for something to watch and decided to view the trailer. I then sat and watched the entire movie without so much as budging off my couch which is unusual for me not to get up when watching tv. Now I’m seeing Birdbox all over the place and I’m so glad I watched it and I’m part of the excitement over this awesome movie!
THICCFISH Your opinion is your opinion. I’m not alone in my opinion and neither are you. Yet you felt compelled to pick my comment out of 1.6K to talk to me as though I’m a child when I’m pretty sure adding the digits of my age together would barely add to your age.
Mommy Peapie your comment was one of the top ones. Don’t try to make it seem like I went through every single comment and decided to only state my opinions on yours. Also I never treated you like I a child, you made it seem like you thought the movie was all over social media because it was really good and you get to be apart of that group of people who enjoyed it as much as you did. Not saying that’s how you saw it, that’s just how you made it seem.
this movie is based off a book that came out long long before a quiet place or the happening. just because they’re all horror movies doesn’t mean they’re all copied by each other lol
@@ThatsTDG pretty sure the book was more of a horror story, but the director of the movie didn't want to make a horror story, which is why it came out more suspenseful than terrifying
I’m a fan of telling the story as written when it’s adapted to film, if you alter a scary story to not be scary but suspenseful then it’s not the same story.
I think the monster could be compared to a boggart. It changes its form to fit everyones worst fears, but in a much more horrifying manor. Maybe it's more of an experience rather than a specific thing? Myself for an example, i'm absolutely terrified of wasps, so maybe it shows me some kind of horror scenario where I'm getting attacked, stung over and over again until the point where i'd rather die than keep living. This would of course need to happen very fast, not sure how to explain that tho... I think it was a good choice to not show us the monsters, since we all can't get scared of the same things.
@@ashleynicole9423 Charlie's version of what he thinks the monster is made the most sense to me. It depends on the person and it could take the form of their greatest fear, desire or loss. Jess was terrified, Lydia saw her mother and Olympia just said "You're not so bad."
@@gabzpot their sentence is broken as fuck but I think what they're trying to say is they find it hard to compare because one shows the aftermath of an incident while the other shows it happening? That's what it looked like to me
I agree that not showing the villain can still be very scary. Give the audience an idea and let their imagination fill in the blanks. Some people may want an actual visual bad enough that it makes the movie not as good for them. For me I feel like in almost every horrow movie as soon as they show the villain it becomes much less scary now that the audience knows exactly what they're dealing with. I say bravo, well done! I enjoyed this movie especially Sandra Bullock's performance.
Yes I agree...the idea is that the monsters take ahold if your worse fears so I feel like every individual would see them different anyways. I think they looks different to each person who looks at them. I'm glad they didn't show them.
I agree!! The reason Jaws worked so well was that they rarely showed the shark. It was a blessing in disguise when Spielberg's shark constantly broke down.
I think not seeing the creatures was a good choice. An absent monster visual allows each viewer to use their own imagination, and it also somewhat connects the audience with the cast regarding their blindness to the evil forces.
@@JohnSmith-kt3yy We can agree to disgree from one another. I'd find it goofy if they show a generic monster figure. When was the last time we had an actually scary and unique film monster? From Stranger Things to A Quite Place, a lot of recent movie monsters have gone very stale and predictable.
Although I see what you mean i think that there’s a point in which it becomes less scary since you literally see nothing, I feel that they didn’t have to go all out and show the whole thing but just showing at least something would keep me interested in the monster
There's a big chance the makers will shoot themselves on the foot if they showed the creatures clearly. The sketches are enough for me to visualize what they look like.
Why do the monsters not enter houses? How is everyone in the school survive, where do they get their food from? Why did Malorie name girl Olympia instead of the name Olympia already wanted??
Meow Moosawi because she named her after her mother, it wasn’t her choice to choose Olympia planned name. But Instead name her after the mother she met and cared about before she died.
Nah you are right I was expecting her to say Ella and than said Olympia and was like oof ok. I think the intent of the movies purpose was sweet but they shouldn’t have had that scene than cause it had no purpose and just should’ve took it out
kara degracia yes it’s a “question word” that than is elaborated following the comma. Come on now you literally have to be dumb to not know it’s cause they are the school of the blind they flat out tell you that’s why, have faith in my man asking the question to atleast be a little smarter than that geez. And you notice how every time he asks a singular question he puts a “?” And he didn’t do that for the two separate parts of that sentence, cause it’s one question my guy “how did they survive in the school, where did they get their food?” Like it’s blatantly obvious he’s just asking how they got their food
imagine if everythink ends good everybody happy and then Malory draw a face of this monster in one of her paintings and her eye changed *camra zoom into her changed eyes* The End
I'm confused about what happened while the kids were growing up. And how were Tom and Malerie the only ones left? If they were living in Alaska, Canada, Washington, Oregon, or California - like it showed on the map where the ''monsters'' would be hitting next - there just so happened to be a large forest nearby???
Bird box- cant see Hush- cant hear A quiet place- cant speak Duffer Brothers- cant release a stranger things season 3 trailer *Stranger Things Fans Can Relate*
@@anthonyj6092 This is why I hated the ending of A Quiet Place (just had to throw this out since they were somehow similar). It was corny for my taste and took away the survival horror vibes that the movie had in the beginning. Bird box made the "monsters" feel terrifying without having them shown up on screen
she should have added one of the scenes either the ending with malory pricking one of her eyes and then finding out the school of the blind had people blinded. or the child scene.
