This is a beautiful resort. Prices seem reasonable. I wouldn't invest too much money either into a room because I would be outside most of the time. Thanks for showing on you tube.

I ate at the buffet and shopped in the gift shop there. Both were nice. The room price was great. Will have to look into staying there for sure. Thanks for sharing that cool schoolhouse suite with us. So quaint. Love the grounds there. Peaceful scenery.
GM guys what an awesome stay at Bird-inHand. So many things to do love their shops too. Great scenery everything looks so peaceful. Amish country is really awesome from their homemade food and especially their pies. They are very proud and simple people. Rooms are clean and that's all that matters. That's right John sit outside and enjoy your peaceful day with a cool drink. I know Bobbie loves all the beautiful flowers and waterfall. Have a great time guys❤
I had the chance to go to Lancaster today and I declined because I have had so much to do at home. I know exactly where this is located. What’s nice about many of these motels in the area motor drive ups. It was really clean and nice. We usually went Standard because we were out all day into the evening. Saving extra money instead of luxury could be another day in the vicinity to explore. I like the fact that it’s not crazy crowded and parking is not difficult to find. In the school house room I noticed the Alphabet Chart just like in grade in my younger years. If you stayed there before & liked it, then why go elsewhere. Glad to see you’re travels are taking you north. I bet you noticed the difference in gasoline prices are much higher here than Tennessee. Peace ✌️ ❤
Very nice motel and video. This area is about an hour from where I live. I still think you should check out the Pocono Mountains which is in eastern Pennsylvania near me and I think you should also check out New Hope Pennsylvania one of the most historical towns in the United States and that is also in eastern Pennsylvania in the countryside it is beautiful and there is a lot to see and do. 👍🏻👍🏻❤🇺🇸🌹🙏🏻
The place has grown a great deal since the sixties and seventies. Bird in Hand has always had the restaurant, but the inn used to be just the small front section that faces 340. We spent a lot of fun family time there.
You gotta love those other unusual Pennsylvania town names: Rough N Ready, Blue Ball, Climax, Virginville, Intercourse, and Big Beaver just to name a few of the more well known names.
Bobbi, I know you hate adjourning rooms. You could move that desk in front of it. Do you ever check the hanging mirrors behind them to make sure they aren't two-way?? Now I'm getting paranoid!
