I'm working on a bird of paradise right now on the pole and it's so wonderful that this popped up in my video feed just now. I'm having so much trouble just trying to push my head over back or forward LOL with my left hand period I love the stretches you're doing and I'm going to start doing them every night before I go to bed. I started pole dancing two years ago about a week before my 60th birthday.
