When my hearing started to become more damaged, I miss hearing the singing of birds most of all. I wear hearing aids now and can hear them again, but not quite as well as natural hearing. If you have the ability to hear the songbirds, please enjoy them. It is a gift!
Hi Don, I really feel for you, it's heartbreaking not to be able hear properly, i know because i have been losing my hearing for nearly 20 years but i still pop into nature vid's just incase!! Unfortunately, things like Birdsong don't translate well to hearing aids, most people think that they give normal natural hearing but sad to say there can be a lot lost in translation. However, i wouldn't be without them 🙂 I wish you all the very best 👍🏻
It is such a gift to hear these beautiful songs from such delicate & dedicated singers. Who wouldn't want to have life-long enjoyment of it? My daughter hung up a couple of little Wren houses in the trees in her yard. One morning, I went out and sat with a cup of coffee, and a wren was on a branch next to it's little house, singing the most beautiful morning song. I had never noticed it before, but now I listen for it. One of Gods little gifts.
I love wrens, they are so cute and cheerful, I love listening to them trill back and forth. I am blessed to live between two wildlife sanctuaries, springtime, summer and migration time here is wonderful!😍😍😍
@@rippi37 It is! Money can't buy the happiness and serenity I find living in the country. We lived for many many years in a city or suburbs, always dreamed of living in the area we live in now. I believe in God's timing. Anyone who has known me for a long time sees the changes in me since I have moved out here, good changes!😊🤗
Oh the precious little Wren! One of my favorites... & quite possibly the loudest bird for its tiny size! I've spent much time watching & listening to these lovely songbirds & have enjoyed every sweet minute.💚🤗💚
What a poetic comment! Here's words of another song: Psalm 148:5,10 "Let them praise the name of Jehovah, For he commanded, and they were created...10 You wild animals and all you domestic animals, You creeping things and winged birds," Instead of all the bad news & terror wouldn't it be wonderful if the planet reverberated with the sounds of nature & happy, safe people? They are so small. Just a little bit bigger then a humming bird. 😊. The small decorative birdhouse with small holes. Ha ha. They can fit in one. I played this for them. They were replying back to it.
I’ve recently learned that the little house wren was my granny’s favorite bird. At the moment we have one nesting in one of my potted plants on the back porch. So cute.
Love the shot with the beetle, really highlights the important trade-off of making these long, energetically costly calls and being able to forage for food. I know some hypothesize that one of many reasons these calls evolved is that they might advertise to potential mates that the individual is so adept at foraging that they can afford to spend time and energy vocalizing like this instead.
He or she might be little. But definitely going to let you hear this song. I love to hear birds sing. To me they're happy. And this is how to Express their happiness. Thanks for sharing your video.
O How adorable a little bird with a beautiful song. How Very Precious. We should never take birds for granted. It would be a sad world without them their songs and beauty.
I love birds and especially sparrows or wren this singing very beautiful the songs make up for the color just gorgeous thank you for feeling it and thank you for posting it it's a delight to watch
My favorite wild bird. They are Americas answer to the nightingale. Beautiful singing, perky little birds. And they love to make nests near humans...above my front door, in the hanging basket on my porch...Living 'gold' for me.
That little bird in ratio is ten times more powerful and louder than a cockerel. I'm amazed by them every time I hear their beautiful far reaching call. Mark
400 "dislikes?" how dark a soul must one have to simply just not move on?...UNLESS there are 400 cats who clawed the screen without catching the bird...
I agree. How do you not like the melody of a perfect little creature? You have to be pretty broken or unhappy to take exception to a sweet bird's song!
Oh wow! What a tiny naughty melodious beauty? I reckon it didn't visit my garden. Today I saw another little bigger plain & singing beau in the bougainville. Thankfully!
I found a few of these little guys doing a construction job in an old abandoned warehouse. Bare brick walls, floor joists missing and rotten boards, smashed windows etc - I was laying gas membrane (Gas barrier) and one of these flew at my face then hit me, then flew at my work pants and latched on, me being me I screamed. Noticed that it was a little bird and gave it a safe place to stay
I’ve got a female wren that sang to me every morning around 7am for at least 3 weeks. She took a fancy to one of the high rise apartments in the sky. I watched as she moved in. Her couch was too long.. she managed to trade it in for a slightly shorter one after she dropped the first one. Each piece through the hole. It was so cute. She sang every morning after moving in. Now she’s quiet. I suspect she’s nesting on her eggs now. I look forward to hearing her cheerful morning song soon. I read it can take up to 19 days for incubation. She’s been a great tenant. I’m excited to know she’ll be back to stay again! The amenities of the bird bath, plenty of shade, privacy and bugs must’ve caught her eye. #natureisthebest
