BIRDING TRIP IN THE ANDES. 

From June 12 to 19, I and Mr. James Athearn, have visited to the Peruvian Andes in the department of Cusco, with the purpose of bird watching and in which we visited places such as: the Sacred Valley area, Abra Málaga, the sanctuary hummingbird ensifera ensifera, mantanay, the huacarpay lagoon, Paucartambo, the Manu National Park and there the famous Manu road and we also visited inkamazonia, a very attractive place to spot hummingbirds. This bird watching adventure was very fruitful because we saw many species that we have wanted to see: Cock-of-the-Rock, Golden headed quetzal, mountain caracara, torrent duck, etc.
