Indeed, mine may be developed in Longbridge but the poor build quality caused problems with parking sensors not turning off after putting my gear in drive, android auto that kept on freezing, car still going forward after putting the gear in drive and it won't shut even after pressing the lock button on the door handles, and i only had it for 2 or 3 months. MGs are not built as well as they used to be. Oh and you cant close the door if you're gentle
rover was the heart of the midlands what do them lot down there in the london bubble care about us midlanders we need to get it back where it belongs the midlands
Using Brexit as an excuse! What a load of bull , 😡 they bought MG Rover under false pretences and should hand it back , get Honda back on board they were successful years for Rover Group
The longbridge factory would have required millions to modernise it and I doubt it would lasted. Bmw only bought Rover MG for the mini brand and wasn’t interested in Rover MG that was producing the Rover 75 and MG 25. It’s a shame but BMW invested into the Mini and is building it in the UK and we wouldn’t have had that when Honda and Rover were working together. Also I think Honda would and BMW wouldn’t be surprised the plant has closed down.
