The birth of 'All Along Above the Water' (SOLD)
Using collage paper, white oil pastel, acrylic ink and watercolours...
My aim is to capture the essence of the landscape, its moods and details, along with my emotional response to it...all the while thinking of the words that sprang to mind whilst I was in the landscape - quiet, muted, calm...

Aww, thanks Melanie. In answer to your question - no, I don't, much to my OH's annoyance! He cuts the mounts, and gets a bit frustrated when he has to keep changing the settings on the mount cutter!

Hi Margaret - I used 220gsm cartridge paper - I find it stands up to quite a lot of water..hope that helps! Carolyn
