I'm following a simple method of correction on lagna...ie. in terms of rasi/zodiac sign only.... This method is correcting to a perfect minute level(max 1-3) diff. My horoscope lagna was cancer/karkitaka, when started learning astrology my guru told me that my lagna is Gemini not cancer in seconds. We follow that system... But couldn't find exact minute level....

Sir, The Correct time of Birth is 21:22:00 PM because the accurate Sunrise in Siliguri, West Bengal is 5:30 am for Tuesday 3 October, 1978 (IST). If we do the BTR then it will be 21:22:00. Another Method using D24 chart then His accurate BTR would be 21:19:00. Jagannath Hora not giving proper Sunrise time so I selected 3rd point as the Sunrise timing. Using Preferences ► Related to Calculation ► Sunrise, sunset & special lagna definition 1.The center of Sun's disk is truly on the eastern horizon 2.The tip of Sun's disk is truly on the eastern horizon ► 3.The tip of Sun's disk appears to be on the eastern horizon 4.The center of Sun's disk appears to be on the eastern horizon In this case the The MD is Mars ► AD is Venus ► PD is Moon. Please suggest?
