Birth Trauma: 5 Women Share Their Experiences 

The five women who have shared their experiences of birth trauma in this video have kindly done so to support other women who are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after childbirth.
Their stories demonstrate that there is medical and psychological help available from healthcare professionals and also support from organisations like the Birth Trauma Association (BTA).
