I live in NJ and I am able to visit NYC just by taking a quick train ride from a neighboring town. I have seen many Broadway shows and a few shows in theaters closer to home. Growing up I loved to dance and listen to music and I am lucky that my parents also enjoy NYC and shows. I saw the Lion King on Broadway and that was my first musical and I was totally in love. Since then I have seen Wicked twice, West Side Story, Rent, Rock of Ages, and many more. I have also seen a few shows at Madison Square Garden in NYC as well. My father bought me tickets to see a show in NYC for many years and we have always loved not just the shows but the time together. After watching your videos I realized how lucky I am to live where I do and have family that also appreciate the arts and theater. People come from all over the world and save up for a trip to NYC to watch a show on Broadway and for them it is quite possibly a once in a lifetime experience. I on the other hand can catch a train on a Saturday morning, watch a show on Broadway, and be home in time for desert. Where I live it is not unusual for someone to say they went to see ____ on Broadway over the weekend when asked about their weekend at work on Monday. I am so grateful that I get the opportunity to visit NYC and see all forms of art pretty much whenever I want to do so. This show looked wonderful!! When I saw Rock of Ages on Broadway there were people singing and dancing in the audience and it was an epic mix of a Broadway musical and a live concert!! It is hard to pick one show that is my favorite but if I have to choose it would be Wicked followed closely by Rent!!

I’m so sorry that JoJo had that unfortunate accident but what a hero to get through this wonderful day on his crutches and what an awesome ending. Even though he didn’t get to do the whole “treasure hunt” bit it was still an exciting day & I’m so glad you didn’t miss it. Musicals are my absolute favourites and when I was younger I always dreamed of being in one. I have sung since I was a little girl but sadly my voice is not what it used to be but recently I have been given help by a wonderful friend who has an amazing voice and he’s given me great advice to rediscover my love of singing. It broke my heart when I found I could no longer sing but thanks to him I have actually been able to duet with people and I can’t tell you how happy it has made me. I go on SMULE and it’s incredible 🙏🏼. Anyway enough about me and back to JoJo and his incredible surprise present. You guys really are the best 🙏🏼 💚💕💜💕💚 🙏🏼 xxx ps. Katie I also love all dogs & cats too. Infact all animals & wild life. Have you thought of taking JoJo to the cat cafe 😽. My son was going to take me but then lockdown happened but hopefully we will get to go soon 🤞🏼. The last musical I saw was Jersey Boys and my son took both me & my late hubby & we had an awesome time 😎 xxx

I enjoy going to see musicals. Iv been to several different theatres from London to Bristol to Oxford & other places in uk to see musicals. Iv seen Cats, starlight express, the sound of music (and acted as a nun in it when I was in my teens at stage school) , Annie, blood brothers (when I was at school), Wicked (3 times & would definitely go again), Joseph & the amazing Technicolor dream coat (a few times in my life & also acted as the narrator in it at school) and probably one or tow other things as well.

Wishing you a speedy recovery JoJo. I'm so excited for my godson to see this musical now. Not sure if you are aware there is a kids week in West end in August think it is where kids tickets are cheaper (not 100% on details) but my godson is going to a couple with his mum. & For my birthday this summer I had promised him I would take him to see Hamilton surprising him with box seats, I can't wait to make that memory with him. I'm all about making memories it's my favourite thing.

Poor JoJo. If it doesn’t improve get a second look. When I was a little younger than JoJo my nana fell on top of me while playing. I went to the hospital they said my leg wasn’t broken, after a week of extreme pain my mum took me back turns out they’d missed a break. Speedy recovery JoJo 💙🙏🏻

Speedy recovery jojo. I know exactly how it is using crutches non-weight bearing it’s very tiring. I’m currently using crutches non-weight bearing it as I’ve dislocated my knee and I’m supposed doing race for life 5k on Sunday.

Lovely surprise for him and he did so well as I know crutches can be a pain when first start using them I had to use for a few years as my pelvis and hip trouble and I was heavy pregnant as well and worse was when hot weather and 8 months + try get on buses as had to go daily for baby monitor and checks at the hospital I had a lot good muscle in my upper arms by the end of it haha . I love musicals ever since I was young and I hope more children get to experience it or even adults at leased once in their life time xx
