I'll be turning 17 in a month... So I often think about how I'll be an adult in one year...tbh... It freaks me out.. It scares me.. Cause ppl have so many expectations from you.. And then it's like if u do something stupid / mistakes, sometimes you are excused like "she's just a kid /teen, let her be it's okay" but once u are an adult you are "grown up" right? So maybe ppl won't excuse you...plus with age comes great responsibility too...will I be able to handle everything? idk...im so worried 😭😩

@@aryanaikbanaulikar7241 oh no no. There's nothing to worry about I'm 19 and I've been there. You don't need to be tensed. Age is just a number after all. Let me tell you a funny thing. When I was 16 I used to think that after I turn 18 no one is gonna scold me for partying late night and going out with my friends. But things didn't turned out as I thought it would. And I still get scolded for coming home late night and going out with my friends frequently. The only thing that has changed is earlier I used to live with my parents and now I'm living in a dorm. And now I have my own personal lifestyle that I feel suits me well. Not the one imposed by my parents.

And one important thing... Feel confident in your own skin and make a set of rules that you are gonna follow for your entire life. Trust me it helps. This will help u gather the will power to say "NO". Because you're not a child anymore. You will be out in the world meeting different kind of people. Some good some bad. So in order to overcome those bad influencers you gotta learn to say NO. In a year you would be called a grown up and you seem to be pretty serious about it after all... I Know.. I know... that right now I'm talking like an old dad but trust me these things do matter. And I wasn't a smart one so I had to face a lot of difficult situations from time to time. I'm a knuckle head😓 so I committed mistakes knowing the fact that what I'm doing ain't right but still I did those stuff to gather experience in my own way.🙂

@@itsyourbro3210 yes it's true.. Making your own rules and setting up some morals about what is right and what is wrong is really important. I feel it makes you independent in a way.. For my birthday I went to a restaurant with my parents and it was so delicious and nice, I got some gifts and a nice time ^^ I feel like it's important to go out somewhere on your birthday and make it a special diner, we eat at home ever other day so it doesn't feel like a birthday otherwise. The next day is back to normal so doing something remarkable for once is a nice change :)
