Happy 2024! I am so happy to be celebrating another year with you guys! Thank you so much for being here and supporting me! It means more than you could ever know! This year has been a year of so much change and so much growth. I am so grateful for you guys for sticking with me through it all! I have so much planned for this upcoming year and I am so excited!
Today I am finally doing the biscoff themed video because I thought it was a perfect way to start out the new year! I made a biscoff roll cake, a blondie, and some sandwich cookies! I really hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Biscoff Roll Cake Recipe:
-1-1 1/2 sheets Biscoff Cookies
-6-9 Tbsp Almond Milk
-Vegan Frosting
Blend the cookies until a fine crumb. Add milk and blend again until a dough forms. Roll out in between two sheets of plastic wrap. Spread vegan frosting overtop and roll into a roll lol. Freeze for 1-2 hours. Top with melted biscoff and freeze 1 hour. Allow to thaw at least 15 mins before eating! Enjoy!
