Please try 1. Cream cheese n jelly. Cream cheese n peanut butter. Peanut butter w sliced cheese. Butter w peanut. butter n agave or date syrup. Sliced cheese and pesnut butter.

I’m blessed to not struggle with ibs so I’m sorry you have it. I did feel very sluggish and bloated that’s for sure haha. But it was so worth it!

you are so pretty. Could you pls tell me how you stay thiny while eating that amount of calories twice a week? Is it all you eat at the day and how many do you at the other days? :O Wish I could eat that calories without gaining weight :D

Thank you!! I’ve built up a high metabolism throughout the years, I’m pretty active, and I eat pretty clean on my others days. Ive talked about it before in some of my past videos too!🥰
