Biscuit Pudding - Episode 92 

Ingredients: Biscuit 320g Butter 85g Egg yolk 2 Coco powder 2 TBS Gelatine 2 TSP Icing Suger 230g some crushed cashews Fresh milk to dip biscuit ( coffee optional ) Fresh cream 150ml Method: 150 cream ( beat the cream ) Add cocoa egg yolk gelatine with 1/2 cup boiling water and mix with a whisk then double boiled it until thick. Leave it to for cool . Then beat icing Suger and butter until soft. Add cocoa mix in to the icing mix little by little while mixing ( use a spatula ) then add cream mix in to that. Then dip biscuit with milk layer it down . Then icing mix. repeat the process and leave it in fridge for set .

Ingredients: 320g of Marie biscuit ( or 4 small pkts of Marie biscuit) 85g butter 2 yolks 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tsp gelatin 227g (or .5 pounds) of icing sugar 0.5 cups of hot water 150ml whipping cream 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 spoons of brandy if desired Hope this helps someone

Please add ingredients before or end of the video because even if you forget to show one ingredient it’s at least in the ingredients list. I was in a hurry to make this so didn’t watch the full video beforehand and had to run to the store in the middle of making it to get fresh cream.
