It is sad how everyone are so quick to judge people. If he is in the wrong, he has to answer for that to God. It is no ones given responsibility to judge and condemn this man of God to if he is right or wrong. If you like his music you like his music. It's simple as that. I listen to some of Marvins songs again that I love. He saw the best in me. Great vocals and music, but the lyrics are not gospel at all IMHO. And the spirit convicted me that this may not be a gospel song at all. Because Jesus saw the worst in us from Adam to the last man standing.... AND STILL LOVED US. and died for us. It is we who saw the best in him and turned from our WICKED ways, washed in the blood of the lamb. Perhaps what he said in particular that may have gone over everyone's heads. "Allegations that may or may not be true!" That says alot. The other day I was listening to clean this house by issac caree written by r kelly and it caused me to check out r kellys work again which is mostly laced with sex next thing you got a head full of thoughts on fornication. These secular artists though they love christians and have been raised in church and admire the exceptional gospel vocal talent of marvin, fred, kim etc these secular artists promote fornication, adultery, lust, perversion, babies out of wedlock, they cuss on record and promote everything God warns us not to do. Notice how these secular artists never want gospel artists on thier albums obviously because they dont want godly influence on thier dark and evil work. I agree with what you said about it sending Christians to check out the secular artists. That is dangerous. Also, gospel songs that sample secular music can have the same effect. It may be a stumbling block for Christians. That's too high of a cost to pay. I pray that GOD will give wisdom to the gospel artists.

Why are christian artists, worshipping worldy artist so much, and so in awe of them, dont you know what you have is a million times better! Is it the money they pay you, the extra interviews to increase your sales, what makes a confessing christain singer, partner the sacred with the unholy, do not they know the God and Jesus of the world, is not the God and Jesus you serve. The God you serve convicted you of your sin, humbled you to repent and believe, and accept Jesus Christ, and the Holy spirit now convicts you of all unrighteousness, and when you decide not to listen God will chastise you. So get up and flee the temptation of the world, fame, money, popularity, and confess your sin or error, and he is faitful to forgive you. We have a generation coming up, that are learning from what you are doing and will copy it, it is your duty not to be a stumbling block and to disassociate your self from promoting worldy artists, who are promoting the disobeying of God without a care in your face at the same time they are singing Jesus with you, and that is confusion and a stumbling block to the church, but most of all our youth. For it is the conviction of sin that led us to christ. At no time did I say anyone was not Gods child, so I have no ideal where you got that, I said we as christians are not to partner with worldy artists, that are promoting sin and disobedience to God openly, we are to pray for them, witness to them love them, but not support the harm they are doing to our youth and children, sometimes sexual abuse. God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him will have eternal life, he is the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh to the father but by him. Don't turn a blind eye to the evil ourselves or others do. The gospel offends, it exposes sin and wrong doing. Once exposed we can be convicted and then we can repent and gain forgiveness fro Jesus. I am not saying do not care for our brother and sisters in the world promoting immoral things and sin for fame and fortune, I am saying do not approve of those evil action, or promote it or refuse to acknowledge when they do wrong or we do wrong simply because they are black or famous or good looking or talented. After listening to this interview, he seem to be more in the world than not. A good scripture to read is Ezekiel 16, which mentions how GOD clothed, protected, and took care of Jerusalem. He mentions how he gave them everything including clothing them with ornaments. However, when strangers or the heathens of other countries started noticing their beauty and they things that GOD blessed them with, they started forgetting GOD. God mentions to set ourselves apart and do not mingle with the heathens, however they did. They started doing the abominations of the heathens and caring more about their idols and their beauty over GOD. God does not like that. JESUS said the first and most important commandment is “thou shalt love the LORD thy GOD with all thy heart, and with thy soul, and with all thy mind”. GOD put this laws and commandments down for a reason. It reminds me of the situation with gospel artists. These secular artists and advertisers are noticing the beauty and talents of them. If they are not careful, they will get caught up, just like Jerusalem and Judah, in the limelight of their success and popularity. Jerusalem and Judah stopped listening and having GOD in their heart and mind. Because of my young age, I either grew up or just listened to artists liked snoop dogg, jayz, kanye west, and nikki minaj. Doing my time before I was saved, if I heard a collab with them and some gospel artists, I do not think I would have searched for more information about the gospel. Even though, I felt that I loved GOD, however I still wanted to continue listening and doing things that GOD would not approve of. Gospel artists collaborations with secular artists like them would have made me think that it was a confirmation that these artists action is ok and listening to their songs was ok. That it is the norm, however it is not. It is not supposed to be that way. Matthew 7:15-20, “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their Fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them.” What fruits are these artists bringing forth. It is unfortunate that artists like, fred hammond, marvin sapp, tasha cobb, kirk franklin and whoever else is singing with these types of artists, mingling with Egypt, Sodom, and etc.. The gospel artists like to say that they are trying to reach other people, well you reach other people by not doing a song together. They can reach them other ways. They need to trust in GOD. I remember hearing kirk franklin song with a secular artists in the past, it did not make me want to know GOD more. On RU-vid, you can hear people who had a rough life in their past, strippers, ex-thugs, and etc., speaking on how bad it is for these artists doing these collabs, but the artists do not see it. Their reason why these people know how bad it is, because they knew how they were and they now how this would have affected them in the past. 2 Corinthians 6:14-17- “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? Some people confuses having favor, because they think that they are “blessed because they are righteous.” GOD will continue giving people favor to show them how good of a GOD HE is and HE does it because HE is waiting for them to turn from their sins. Some people do not turn from it. Like the Israelites, when GOD led them out of Egypt, they complained (Numbers 11) and made a golden calf (idol) to worship (Exodus 32) and plenty other things that they did. Their idol was the calf, some people’s idols now a day can be money, things, and people. It is the same thing then as is now. 1 Corinthians 10- “Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; and did all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. I listen to some of Marvins songs again that I love. He saw the best in me. Great vocals and music, but the lyrics are not gospel at all IMHO. And the spirit convicted me that this may not be a gospel song at all. Because Jesus saw the worst in us from Adam to the last man standing.... AND STILL LOVED US. and died for us. It is we who saw the best in him and turned from our WICKED ways, washed in the blood of the lamb. And it's not preachers responsibility to condemn, my issue is where is this compassion and understanding when it comes to the LGBT community.
