I track a lot of dirt into the house and sweeping does not appeal to me at all. Enter the Bissell Perfect Sweep. I have been using this in the house now for a a while and it has made my life a lot more enjoyable not to mention it has made the house cleaner.

I got the bissell easy sweep compact manual sweeper and the one thing about the sweeper I have is it manual no battery and no cords the only thing you do is move it on your floors and it picks up a lot of dirt on both hard floors and carpet and you can get the bissell easy sweep compact manual sweeper at Walmart and Amazon and I have seen them and this one that you got at a few other stores

It’s not a vacuum, it’s just a carpet sweeper. However, I’m looking forward to using one and shooting a full review. I can see this being a good runabout way to maintain clean, but I don’t think it’ll deep clean at all.

Thanks a lot for your video review, what brought me to look for information is because my mother asked me to find the same vacuum that she has. Since you already have the link to the Amazon store, I am getting one for my mother witch is in Chicago, Ill, and one for my self in Tampa Florida. I have one Rainbow Vacum and is an excellent vacuum, but I need something for a quick pickup everyday because I have three Kitties. Thank you body.

My parents have a Rainbow vacuum. It is a lot to get out for a small clean up. This one is great for quick stuff

How do you clean hair from the Brush? Can you remove it?

@@leeniesevy-perahia7911 In order to take out the roller brush you have to disassemble everything which could cause a hassle. I ended up taking a pair of scissors and cutting the hair and pulling out. It's not as elegant as removing the roller but it gets 99.9% of the job done. With that said this sweeper is great.

I have one. Love it for commercial bldg when I don't need the big vacuum. But the sprocket on electric motor is stripped and I want to replace it now.

I just got one and vacuum and all the dirt goes on top of the vacuum on the outside he didn't show that

These are good little sweepers but might be a lot less work to change your shoes when you come in.

We do it, but dogs and cats do not do that . Than we are all eating snacks, sandwiches, there is a lot fur and hair, too. It's a big and quick help

Mine worked great but the battery discharges when not in use and the battery is slow to charge. It will also discharge when left connected to wall outlet. It did last 3 years but there was a lot of wasted charging and discharging in those years.

Our unit did give up the ghost after 2 or so years. The battery just did not last.

Does it work well with hair strands on floor tiles? I have no issues moppinh but the hairstrands and hair fall is a pain. I have to sweep all the time because we are all women in the apartment

I had to clean it out about 3 months after using it to get the hair out. like most vacuums the brush gets clogged with the hair.

Umm no if you have a haircut falling on that floor and sweeper it. It get stuck really bad.

Thanks for your review. I noticed that you have wood floors in your video, so do I. Have you noticed any scatches from the sweeper?

Thank you. We actually have tile that looks like wood. So not real hardwood. there have been no issues with scratching. I think the machine is so light that there are no scratches.

I live in a studio with a lot of dust-has anyone come up with a cover for the bottom when not in use? I do like this Bissell. Bissell does not make any covers.

I charged my new one for 12 hours, but the lamp is still red. Is that normal? You would think that it turns green.

It's not a vacuum, it doesn't provide suction. It's a surface sweeper and really shouldn't be compared to a vacuum ( 2:19 ) or referred to as one ( 2:53 & 3:01 ).

I don't like that after sweeping the sweeper is so dirty. It's difficult to clean the dirt container of the dust that sticks to the plastic.

Is not dirt it looks more like sawdust though. Seems like this vacuum sanded the wooden floor.

Dana Wilson Yes. It’s a cordless sweeper, so you’ll have to occasionally charge the battery. The owner’s manual recommends 12 hours to fully charge it.

It doesnt have auto shut off so bewise for the battery safelty cause you may over charge it. It just mean yiur shorter the life of the battery.

Battery can last around 30 minutes but yiu have 12 hour to charge

Yes that's true. It's just a sweeper. After only half a year I'm a bit disappointed in this sweeper. The battery died

I plug mine in over night and leave it. It's strong in the morning, but I am thinking a few hours to charge at least

@@LandtoHouse Mine goes on and on. Was my dads before. I use it daily. Batteries still charge great! however the cog on the electric motor is stripped off and I want to rebuild it. That's how much I love this unit!

After 3 months or 5 idk bought it in 2010. The batttery got shorter shorter the thing i hate is it doesnt tell you if it done xharging or auto shut off itself. I have shark sweepwe i like it better cause it auto shut off itself without overcharging

+buffnshine it's kind of like when people referred to a facial tissue as a Kleenex. Or a carbonated dark beverage as a Coke. This is definitely just a sweeper no suction. But out of habit I referred to as a vacuum.
