Bissell PowerForce (1739) Bagged Vacuum Review

this really helped me make an informed decision!! I am seriously considering trying one of these. I really enjoy my classic sanitaire, Oreck and my 2 Kirbys. I am very curious to see how a brand new budget low end machine dose. obviously I dont expect it to be on the same level as my higher end machines but these seem unbeatable for the price! thank you for your extremely informative videos 😃

The bearings on my 1739 brush roll are caked with dust and still runs like brand new and smooth I never not one time had to oil them!! I perfer the newer bagged powerforce because its less bulky in my opinion and the hose can fit under low places and the bag door has a latch so you know it’s secure on the unit and don’t need to worry about the clips wearing out!

Shout out to Bissell grabbing this at Walmart and shout And shout out to Walmart frat for me having a local one it’s like 2 miles away and this is the only place you can buy a Buy one of these

I like the older clean views, powerforces, powertraks (if they still have them) better because I think they are built better than the newer cleanviews and powerforces. My grandma still has her sencond generation powerforce bagged that has a missing upholstery tool. My grandma’s burgundy powerforce is 12 amp. I never found my blue powerforce bagged yet. It’s in the basement somewhere. My 12 amp blue powerforce bagged is clogged and has a stinky smell like my 10 or 8 amp powerforce bagged despite changing the bag. I also like the stretch hoses better than the dirt devil breeze like hoses the powerforces. My lower hose on my powerforce bagged may or may not be clogged. I think it’s the dusty smell may contribute to using the arm and hammer bag that was supposed to be used for my blue powerforce bagged. I think it may be the answer. That’s why I use febreze type 7 bags. Other than that, amazing video! 😁

Just pick up a poweforce 2040W used. One question Is it supposed to whistle? Don't recall that with my older Bissell vac, just seems very loud🤔

I wonder if the triple action agitator that the Powerlifter Bagged uses. I have the new redesigned bagged Powerforce and the Cleanview Swivel. I wonder if the 3x action brush would work with it also. 🤔

Your bissell powerforce bagged 1739 was made in 2019 and mine was made in 2020

9:23 my bissell powerforce bagged is like that because I have been using it to vacuum the back porch at my house and I know that I shouldn’t use it outside on my porch because it will scuff up the soleplate

My Fantom Fury croaked yesterday after almost 30 Years of faithful service, so I'm looking at this one because Walmart is nearby and I need something relatively soon. I love my Fantom but the Company doesn't exist anymore - I'm still thinking in the meantime taking it to a Repairman to see if it could be repaired 😭 I've had (and have) Cats and so I need something that will pick up Cat hair, lol.

We have the older PowerForce bagged Bissell (which cost $42 about 10 years ago). There is no setting for bare floors (aka to turn off the brush). Is there a way to turn off the brush on the new version? I have tried to zoom in but can't decipher the settings.

The bagged powerforce looks basic and overall in my opinion doesn't look as good as the helix or the helix turbo. That's why I'm worried about getting it because I don't think I'm gonna be satisfied with it. They don't carry the pet version in my area and the cleanview pet bagged is severely overpriced. If they had a turbo version of this and it had a red color like the helix turbo that I really like, I would buy it immediately!

But i do like the 3522-5 as much as the 1739.

To let you know I am gonna buy a bagged bissell powerforce but I am just gonna use it to clean my car out because I think that a bagged vacuum would do good for vacuuming my car I use my bagless vacuums to clean my house but I just think a bagged vacuum would be good for me to vauum out my car

it costs so much for bags its like 12 dollars and you only get 3 bags thats a waist
