If you add half cup of 20 mule Borax to your solution..it will clean your carpet good. It's a booster. I use borax to clean spots & it cleans & fluffs up carpet.

Can you demonstrate how to extract the water up because I’ve been using mine when I hit the button to release the water it’s not extracting the water, the dirty water back into the unit if that makes any sense, it releases the water, but when the water is all gone, it’s empty, there’s nothing to empty out
