German Jews are Jewish people who lived many centuries in the territory of modern Germany. Jewish people originated in Israel/Judea. After Roman exile, many Jews were slaves in Roman empire, some centuries ago Jews became to live in Mediterranean region like a free people, after that they started migrated to territories of Modern Spain, Germany, France etc. Today most of Jews in Germany are from other countries who moved to Germany. Some of them indificated themselves like a German Jews because they are citizens of Germany.
