Very nice video. I get nostalgic, i did my military service up there. Lots of Viggens in the air back then.

Must have been an interesting part of the world. Just a guess, but the bugs must have been UNREAL in the summer time, no?

@@Sidekick65 Yes, interesting to say the least. -40 degrees in the winter, snow up to your waist. So much mosquitos in the summer, the form small greay clouds around you. But i loved it.

great mission! Hopefully we get the kola peninsula map soon. It should include all of the locations mentioned. Will be the perfect combo with the Viggen and the mig-21. I'm surprised your attack was that high. I always skim the ocean at 10m or less and roll in on a very shallow dive when using rockets.

Glad to see you've taken to the viggen! I'm looking forward to your anti-ship mission, as the anti-ship missiles for the viggen combine it's retro style with a little bit more modern feeling targeting and employment.

I've struggled with the road landings as I find I'll dip a tyre into the dirt and crash. How do you avoid this? Just be better/practice more?

Well, that and make sure you have the final edit on any videos you release ;-).

Coming from a harrier pilot that has had to do a lot of conventional landings on road bases for qualifications, ive found that rudder is your friend on these tight approaches. If you dip a wing to much, or don't land on centerline fixing that is basically not possible so just dance on the pedals a lot to make sure you are perfect before the wheels touch.
