Hi Alexander! Extranet users can be invited to Extranet workgroups. Such users can open Bitrix24 Tasks > Projects & see what projects & tasks they are involved in.
what about recurring tasks? I'm setting a whole planning, but need to get several tasks recurred every quarter of the year. I would like to get this working for multiple years. Could you please help me?
If you have created the task from the task templates & used repeat option, new task should be generated bu the template each time - normally you should be able to see these tasks in your tasks calendar - but they won't populate your tasks list at once - they will appear one by one.

Not at the moment, but feel free to contact your local Bitrix24 partner for customization. There's an on-premise edition of Bitrix24 that's fully customizable and there's a lot of customization that can be done in cloud via apps.

I have to disagree with most of the comments. This is a confusing software. Four ways to do the same thing is not user friendly, that is messy. I have spent 24 hours trying to figure out how to create a "project". I have yet to find the answer. People tell me to create "work groups". I do that and still can't create a project. Task seem to connect to everything but they are hard to organize. I need software that makes my job easier. Bitrix looks like it will make it more difficult. I get lost in five minutes. How is that efficeint ? Sorry. But not impressed.
