The old tv studio site was originally Southern tv. Producing things like “out of town” with jack hargreaves.. maybe on RU-vid! Amazing that rather than promote areas like the beach next to bittern manor they invest in fancy gates that put people off exploring what is there’s Thank you for opening up so much of our city
