salam alikum if no leak in the system do we need to change oil of the compressor as preventive maintenance So do i have to do it every year ? Thank you
Sometimes some problems in system causes oil Scape Frome compressor. Some of this problem is. Low capacity or air flow or water flow of evaporator and wrong piping in split system or high clearance of piston rings or low charge of system and many causes. Approximately in every one present extra charge we have 3 percent decrease in capacity of system
@@mehrespand_ir I mean the compressor in our plant is a Freon compresssor. I have been told that the lubrication system is used to lubricate the bearnigs "motor and the compressor rotor bearings" and also spray some of oil on the screw. So if there was a water leak in the evaporator before the compressor and that water was recieved by the compressor ,will that water contaminate the oil ? Also what might be the other sources of water if we find in the oil during the overhauling? Thank you
@@issapower8375 when water inter to the system it can harm to many parts especially Bearing parts but in some compressor such as hanbell there is a high resistance against damage by water and some of them such as bitzer don't have any resistance against contamination such as water. Source of water: evaporator. Water condenser. Noughty person
