Hey brother, I recently got stamp 4 (Eu Family) stamp in Cork as my wife is an Irish citizen. My question is, if I can travel Europe with My IRP and Stamp 4 (EuFam) or I have to apply Schengen visa?

If you’ve stamped 4 EU fam then no need of a Schengen visa if you’re travelling with your spouse.

Short stay training Ireland visa type c marked bc and BC bvis - is this similar to tourist visa? Will we be able to travel to UK with this training visa?

If it is marked BIVS, your allowed to visit both countries.
