Yep and that is why even if I am from San Joaquin I don't recommend the place, I have never been there and as much as possible discourage everyone. Even the most the most religous people should avoid that sinful and blamphemous place their main feature is the stairway to heaven and those white statues of Angels but the land is from corruption and theft... sadly people patronizing and liking the place do not realize that and also it just means that they are tolerating their evil deeds that is why even from Guimbal upto San Joaquin they do nothing but gain riches....

Where do you live? I live in San Joaquin where resort you all so well try to defend... I'm not going to tell you our relatives story and our farm right now is already in danger the place is still expanding.. I won't make details for you because well you are their patron anyway.. one proof I can give you is that you look at DAR allowed hectares and you check theirs

+Cris since you probably is close to the Garins can you ask them where do they get the 1500 - 2000 Php they give to each voter each election? the baranggay captains are much bigger now if you are going to ask for proof again for your ignorance... I am always on the list and if I get home in time I will get that money, but I don't the Baranggay captain keeps it "I've already got the money once but I live in the city now"... that's true that's a reality... and I don't vote by the way I just get the money it will still be pocketed by someone... so if you are just oblivious or ignorant maybe I can forgive you as you probably have lived your life away in the mountains but denying the facts straight in your face is just pure Stupidity

Ilongo po ako, personally mas gusto ko mag english nalang sagot in a conversation kung kausap ko tagalog because of the tone. Parang ang awkward pakingan para samin. So please understand. It doesnt mean nag eenglish sagot eh di na makabayan.

Why do we have to speak tagalog? Just because the national capital region speaks it we have to also? We understand and speak tagalog so why don't you learn hiligaynon or (Cebu) bisya as well. Pambansang wika you say? There are more bisya speakers in the Philippines than Tagalog speakers. Maybe we should consider changing the pambansang wika that was instilled by a predominantly Tagalog government officials before. We speak english because tagalogs make fun of our accent.

Nagsasalita at naka intindi po kami nang tagalog. Kaso nahihiya lang gamitin palagi kasi may accent po minsan tagalog namin. Minsan pinagtatawanan ng iba pag nagsasalita nang tagalog yung taga Visayas. Mas kumportable yung english kasi neutral yung accent pagkausap yung ibang dialect. At hirap din mag express in tagalog baka iba yung pagkaintindi nang nakikinig.

Do you only speak Filipino? I'm an Ilonggo, and when I came to Manila I also speak English kasi mas mabilis nakakapag express ng idea, mas mabilis ang flow ng conversation para sa amin pag ganun. Kasi if we converse in Tagalog, our brain will translate our thoughts from Hiligaynon to Tagalog, napagtatawanan ako lagi because I'm still searching for the right Tagalog words, plus my regional accent. Yeah, napagsabihan din akong pa-sosyal or pa-English English, promdi naman, which was very insulting. Sana yung mga Tagalog maging sympathetic din sa mga regional speakers, hindi yung ipipilit nyo lagi na mag Tagalog kami. Language is how we express ourselves in conversations, para magkaintindihan tayo. If we express ourselves better by speaking in English, wag naman sana kaming i-discriminate or i-judge na hindi loyal sa bansa. We just express ourselves better that way. Sana mag try din kayong matuto ng mga regional languages, hindi yung kaming mga taga probinsya yung laging mag aadjust. Salamat.
