I saw her open for U2 in the early 90's when she was still the sugar cubes. She had giant buns on her head like princess Leia. I loved how entertaining the performance was, her voice is powerful... She's awesome 💙
I saw Björk perform this in 2008 in New Zealand at the Big Day Out festival. She had all her Brolga Dancers with her and everything! It was transcendental! ❤
How to describe her voice ? Animal, human or a combination which comes from earth. She captures the life of what it means to be alive on earth ! I love her voice.
The self-image is the essence of personality and human behavior. Change the self-image, and both will be transformed. That is, the greater part of human behavior is learned. That is, depending on what we have learned depression, panic and social phobia! These things stem from the rationalization of the cynical human behavior and how the deficiencies have been accepted in the context of normality.
Her talent is beyond my ability to put into words, and hearing this insanely brilliant song for like the 900th time is still ever so, ever so satisfying
If you ever get close to a human and human behavior Be ready, be ready to get confused and be in my head after There's definitely, definitely, definitely no logic to human behavior But yet so, yet so irresistible and me and my fear can And there is no map uncertain They're terribly, terribly, terribly moody of human behavior Then all of a sudden, turn happy and they and my here after But oh, to get involved in the exchange of human emotions Is ever so, ever so satisfying and they and my here on And there is no map and chair too Human behavior, human behavior Human behavior, human behavior And there is no map And a compass wouldn't help at all Yeah, uncertain Human behavior, human behavior Human behavior, human behavior Human behavior, human behavior Human behavior There's definitely, definitely, definitely no logic To human, to human, to human, to human
Just got her NEW Fossora album to listen to. Just awesome stuff. Been a fan of Bjork for so long and had seen her for first time at Shrine auditorium. It was an experience to say the least. A mixture of theatre , music and stage presence. It was like being in a surreal reality. Fist time ever seeing her , but was a long time fan. Album is what you would anticipate from it. VERY creative, probably listened to the whole thing 7X over.
I think she was really smart in just accepting that she isn't the most amazing singer in the world, it ultimately just makes her performances way more individual and, well, good
+Maura Rosa Totally, I just mean in terms of what is usually considered "good" in popular music her voice doesn't fit. I'm completely praising that though, she totally owns it.
OddGonzo This is rubbish - she's a classically trained singer who went against the trend because she believed classical music was wrong. Look at the way she flows from note to note and her range and her technique. Just because she's slightly different in style to other musicians does not mean she's any less capable. In fact I'd say she's better - she's very well trained.
She has an incredibly developed technique. From an early age she tested everything out and her breathing is totally efficient to support the massive breadth of expression in her voice.
Wow, I just today discovered BJÖRK and I most say that I have discovered something very valuable to my ears! Damn, this song with her most famous one Hyperballad is awesome songs! Think I've listened to this song about 10-15 times today. Also, on another note her live performance with the song Cacoon is really great too!
Years back I got into what I'm going to inadequately describe as neo-pagan matel/folk music. And I think hearing this as a kid may have been the catalyst
