ok i did time in the feds with co defendants and what BJ and his co defendants did was take a plea in which they tell on themselves. so they all told the same story in order to get the 4 out who was not suppose to be there in the first place. i seen this happen in many cases while i was in the feds and this is not considered snitching when they all had a agreement among themselves to do this. this would be snitching if they would of told on others who was not a part of they agreement among them selves but that did not happen, they only told on each other and thats called taking a plea with a agreement among themselves.

I think snitching is common, anyway. It's just that getting exposed is not common, so we assume it doesn't happen as often as it actually does. I mean, come on, how many people are going to just take years in prison if they can throw somebody else under the bus? Did you see you watch it live with this particular individual sitting there ad his name was mentioned as giving statements in regards to firearms, and who possessed them? When it's live and in color, and happening right before your eyes, that's even more solid than paperwork.

But we still need paperwork to verify what those statements were. Admission of guilt for a plea bargain? Or was it some statement they gave in the precinct.

If he really ratted then why was he convicted and served the same time as everyone else? If he ratted then why was he able to be a factor in prison for the bounty hunters and on the streets for the last 40 years?
