What you should expect is thier nurse to disreguard the safety of other people that live in the same apartment community. By driving throught drives with Do Not Enter signs posted for resident safety. By parking were ever they want which includes private parking spots. If you do this at thier business I would expect you would be towed. I would think that they care nothing about people.
imagine caring more about your parking spot then the nurses who go to serve people in need. I cannot believe your narcissism and general lackluster personality. You need a different kind of nurse to be completely honest.
