Bjork still puts 110% of herself into her songs even being hugely successful and a multi-millionaire she still has that hunger and drive that allot of bands and artists lose as they become huge. It's easy to do, to sell out, to lose the drive and just make mediocre music because you have nothing to prove anymore or just because one has to which is even worse. I admire her for staying grounded I admire any musician that stays grounded and still gives they're all no matter what.

The Sound is perfekt .

Yeah, I very much enjoyed that - both musically and visually. Regarding the former, there's possible echoes of Placebo's Pure Morning and the spirit of DM's Violator running through it. Whilst visually, a lot of DC/Marvel output that had not seen light of day had been given a Bjorkian twist. That's no mean feat. Plus, the ongoing reverse chronology keeps you on your toes as it's very much a metaphor for strategic thinking and feminine/human resourcefulness - within the real life trials of modern, competitive life. All in all, definitely one that will stick favourably in the memory, not stick in the throat. Organically electronic, sure made my ears figuratively sit up and take notice. That's a 9 in my book.

This movie is this 'experiment' that went BERY BERY well. I mean. There are so many advanced ideas about fantasy/reality, here, in the world of katana AND fantasy katana. Only if you love a katana, and you don't care about what experts might think, would you go all out with a baby doll blonde, wielding one. It works better than any samurai movie, on the 'fantasy' level. Visually, it works even better. The Emily Browning character is seriously compelling in the action scenes. Before 'Sucker Punch,' the coolest katana movies, I had seen, were old 'Zatouichi' and 'Lone Wolf and Cub.' Blind swordsman AND the Emperor's executioner on the run, with his cute little tot. Two cannot miss ideas for a series of films. BUT. This is even better. Someone has to nurture this idea and bring Miss Browning back. A little hair color. She basically looks the same, 10 years later. I just checked. She could fight her way back from the 'raw deal' she got, at the end of 'Sucker Punch,' and become a superhero. We NEED to see this fantasy archetype. Music really helped a LOT, too. This song is just incredible, along with the visuals of this movie.
