I think Born retired because McEnroe was able to take away his spirit for this game. Today, if Djokovic, Federer and Nadal lose against each other, they would not lose motivation for the game.
Connors is not as good as Borg, McEnroe or Lendl. He could have won Rolland Garros, though, if he were not such an idiot. He could have won a career slam.

the point is borg double faulted twice at 3 all 5th set ..and sent the ball wide before hitting the ball down the net on a volley causing the break .. pressure, it was pressure ... not the bad call, if at all it was.
