We need to petition WB/DC to make a Dr Fate standalone movie. Even if it is a prequel. He is by far my favourite DC character now. I didn't even know of his existence until I saw him on screen. PB leaned into the character so well.

1) Adriana's brother's first line of dialogue was indeed about his break-up, which caused his messy appearance in his driver's licence photo. 2) Also, this might be a reach, but him knowing his death would come from electrocution, giving him the confidence to fight demons, brought to mind Jerry Smith's unresolved fortune from Rick and Morty. He knows he can't die in that fight. 3) Before sacrificing himself, Dr. Fate mentions being unable to see the future for the first time in 100 years or so, thus re-confirming his long lifespan.

5:20 Correction: The screen listing states Abigail Hunkel aka Red Tornado What we mustn't be seeing from the angle is that that listing is of familial connections as Abigail Hunkel is, per the comics, Maxine Hunkel's grandmother, and indeed has the alias Red Tornado herself.

Just saw this movie last night. I thought it was pretty fun i do wish the pacing was slowed a bit and we got separate introductions(movies) to the other heroes but besides that I thought it was pretty interesting I hope we get a sequel that has a bit slower pacing

That would be great but the Rock had to fight an uphill battle for 6 years to get the movie made. Trying to get solo movies for 4 heroes that aren't extremely mainstream like the Justice League on top of that would just make it so the movie never happened.

The movie was alright, ny only big gripe was that Cyclone and Atomsmasher (particularly him) are really underused. I kept waiting for Atom Smasher to do something after the first time Hawkman tells him they're in for a chat
