Black and Decker. That's nice. AND it come with a accessories, battery and a charger. I'm looking to buy one here shortly. Nice review Bob. Thanks for sharing.
Good demonstration. I bought one last night. Unfortunately the charger light immediately went red meaning it was defective according to the manufacturer’s manual. I tried different outlets and still blinked red. So I ordered a replacement. Hopefully that’ll work. Is there anything else I can do with the original charger to see if I missed anything besides ordering a new charger?
Hey Bob, for the price you can't beat them drills. We used one forever and loved it. Done everything we need it to. Great review as always and great to see you. Hope y'all are doing well.
Great review. Jessie had a black and decker. It didn't last as long as it should have. We ended up with a different brand. He uses a drill a lot. So he needed one that would actually last a while.
I have broken the chuck screw 4 times now, I am on the 5th. How can I avoid this problem without losing important tasks? When the head breaks off of the chuck screw the black part of the chuck just unscrews and flies off. Otherwise I like the tool or after breaking the first screw I would have changed drills. By the way, my brother uses several battery supported tools and was in the habit of leaving the batteries on their chargers. Early one morning his comment was "It was like bombs in Viet Nam." The charger caught on fire and there were vehicles stored in the same building. Most had fuel in the tank and they were the source of the bombing sounds. He has since rebuilt the out building and the fire did not get to the house. I take notice of my charger and take the battery off the charger when it is done.
I haven't had any issues breaking the chuck screw. Not sure what is causing that to happen to you. Thanks for the info about batteries and chargers. I do leave this on the charger, but I will try leaving it off. That must have been quite a scare for your brother. Thanks for watching.
I got this drill, i only use it once in a year, so i wanted to use it recently but battery was dead, I put it on charge but a red light would turn on, is it normal? Should i left it on charge at least 24hrs? Or should i take it to fix?
I’ve had this drill for a long time & agree with you , it’s great. However, I ve lost the manual. & forgotten some of the functions. Is there somewhere online that I can find a diagram so I can identify every function & use it correctly?
